Mein erstes Unterwäsche Set, was sich wie eine zweite Haut anschmiegt. Der Schnitt ist minimalistisch, aber dennoch ausdrucksstark und ich fühle mich verdammt sexy in dem Set und es gibt mir tatsächlich beim Tragen auch Selbstbewusstsein.

Qualität und Service?
Ewiges Retoure Prozedere, habe zwei Strumpfhosen bestellt und letztendlich nur eine Rückerstattung bekommen, da die eine Packung der Strumpfhose geöffnet war. Diese ging zurück, da sie oben bereits fransig war. Einfach unverschämt das dann Zahlen zu müssen. Selten eine Rechnung so zuwider bezahlt. Ein „Wiedergutmachungsgutschein“ hilft da auch nicht, da ich nie wieder dort bestellen werde und kann es auch keinem empfehlen. Qualität und Service sucht man woanders.

Very bad expierence with customer service.
My boyfriend gifted me tights and underware @ xmas.
So due to the fact I have a three pairs of each, opened last ones around march - after one usage, a small holes shown up- their policy is, if something broken they do exchange, I imediatley text to their soc. media (facebook), messages was seen but no replay for weeks.
So I deceided to write email (how oldfashion), after deep review they deceided to send a pair of new, and gave me discount code for abount- which is not working wt any other disconts (that time they send me another code for 20% off.
The crowns of all this situation was fact that you still need to pay shipping costs which in my case is 9-20 EUR.
I was asked for additional code or, just let me to use discount code with warranty code to fully cover shipping cost- as everyone knows warranty is warranty and if organization fails they pay fully for fail. They declined me many times so I am standing with broken tights and nothing else.
Recoemndation, never buy more than one product, do nut be phished with bundle offers, becouse if you not start to wear imideatley- to check everything due this 30 days, you will get nothing as promissed.

In the case of a product defect, we will of course send a replacement. If a run occurs within 30 days of delivery, our 30-day anti-run guarantee applies. The full terms and conditions can be viewed at any time in our webshop. After reviewing the submitted photos, we issue a guarantee code that can be used to order a new pair of tights. Shipping costs are not included in the code. However, we do offer free shipping above a certain order value.
As your satisfaction is very important to us, we made an exception and issued a guarantee code for a new pair of tights even four months after your purchase. As we have not received any photos of additional damaged tights, we are unfortunately unable to review any further claims. Thank you for your understanding.

I’ve been wearing Saint Sass tights for a while now, and I honestly love them. The quality is amazing — they don’t tear easily, and they fit perfectly. Plus, the designs are super nice. Definitely my new favorite brand for tights!

Slecht retourproces
Prima producten, maar helaas niet goed van maat voor mij. Het retourproces duurt echter veel te lang en je kunt alleen contact krijgen met een robot. Waardeloos om zo lang op je geld te moeten wachten.

Really bad customer support
Really bad customer support. They didn’t reply to emails, and when I had shipping issues, I couldn’t reach them at all :( At least I got a refund in the end.

Three stars
I like the thights. They don't last for very long, but are better than many others. I like the statements. One of my thights ripped and I thought I'd use the 30 day guarantee thing. Customer service answered in three days and gave me a discount code. The bad thing is that the discount code only covers the thights, not the shipping. So overall, you don't really save any money here.
