J’ai passé une commande en décembre qui a été livrée dans un point relais trop éloigné de chez moi. J’ai contacté le service client qui m’a affirmé que je serai remboursée dès que la commande sera retournée chez eux. C’est le cas mais je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée malgré mes nombreux emails. C’est dommage car la qualité des bas est au rendez-vous mais le service client laisse à désirer.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The pantyhose and the thong are excellent quality — they fit me perfectly and feel incredibly comfortable. The material feels durable, soft, and very well made. You can truly tell the quality as soon as you wear them. I am very happy with my order and would definitely recommend this store.

Schlimmster Shop, retoure hat über zwei Monate gedauert. Nicht einmal eine vernünfte und vor allem nachvollziehbare Abrechnung über die Rückerstattung wird gesandt. Nie wieder und außerdem gehen die Strumpfhosen genauso schnell kaputt wie alle anderen, wenn nicht sogar schneller.

They are advertising 30 days anti run guarantee and I made reklamation when tights broke instantly when first time put on. Customer service answered; "Our tights can only be returned if they are unopened" so that is about their guarantee. Totally disappointed for poor quality and high price.

Fun design, but the quality didn’t meet my expectations for the price. They tore within the first two hours of wear, despite the brand’s emphasis on durability. They didn't agreed on a replacement, either.

just got my tights and thong delivered yesterday and absolutely love the fabric of both products, but the tights are pretty outstanding; the material is very resistant and has a reinforcement on toes and heel that you can feel as soon as you wear them on. Definitely not the fast-fashion quality brand.
