We were having difficulty finding a villa to accommodate 12 adults and 6 children and then found La Lepraia Estate through Salogi Villas. With three separate villas side by side in beautiful grounds each generously equipped we were able to accommodate everyones' needs and have plenty of space. The pool with adjoining poolhouse was great for the children and benefited from distant views of the coast. Vasile the resident caretaker was very helpful and looked after all our needs. We were a little nervous about booking accommodation with a company unknown to us but Salogi's manager Ginevra Giurlani responded quickly and efficiently with all our queries which gave us the confidence that all would be well, which it certainly was. We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary while there and Ginevra was able to recommend a visiting chef to prepare a typical Tuscan dinner one evening; it was the best dinner we have had by a visiting chef. We love visiting Italy and Salogi Villas will be our starting point for future property searches; based on our experience we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent villa which suited out needs (6 people from 3 generations) perfectly, very helpful and knowledgable staff at Salogi both before and duirng our rental. We anticipate using Salogi again.

From the outset, Salogi Villas and Ginevra who handled our booking, were extremely efficient and helpful. We were a party of 12 - six adults and six children - and we enjoyed a glorious week at VILLA IGEA in July. The villa itself was beautifully appointed, with wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone. The gardens are stunning, the views breathtaking, and the pool was a delight for us all. The staff under Tanja's expert guidance, made sure we had a very comfortable stay. Situated in the hills above Lucca (15 mins), the location was also ideal for a visit to Florence. We would love to come back!

Three generations - 6 adults, 2 children, had a wonderful 2 week vacation at Villa Le Rondini. Ginerva at Salogi was extremely helpful in helping us decide which property to rent. Her responses were immediate on every inquiry.
We loved our Villa. Erica's parents were there to greet us and we did meet Erica at a later date.
The location was good. We were able to go to Cinque Terre, Forte dei Marme, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and several smaller villages within a reasonable amount of time. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes and we were able to have many memorable dinners on the terrace. The view from the terrace is spectacular! The pool is one of the best features of the villa. It's pristine with a beach entrance which the children loved.
All in all, I would highly recommend Salogi.

Our stay at villa La corte di Campalli was fantastic. Simonetta was a lovely host and welcomed us with a tour of the house and garden.
The house is simply stunning, a real Tuscan dream and we enjoyed every second of our stay. The spacious layout is perfect for a group of friends or a family holiday and the owners have thought of everything you may need.
We will be back for another stay!

Abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa nella Villa Sorgente.
La casa è grandiosa e molto spaziosa, arredata con gusto con un panorama splendido e un giardino curato e una natura meravigliosa.
L’organizzazione della Salogi era molta soddisfacente e attenta.

What an amazing, beautiful place to stay. Villa La Sorgente itself is heaven.
Each bedroom has its ensuite bathroom, the common spaces are large, the garden / views are stunning.
The villa is perfectly located: 20 minutes away from Lucca and 40 minutes away from the beach in Forte dei Marmi.
The service was very responsive and attentive!
Really looking forward to visit again.

Staff at Salogi were fabulous, easy to deal with, prompt responses. Assisted in Dinner reservations when we couldn’t make before leaving Australia. Really appreciated the information pack that suggested restaurants, towns to visits and vineyard tasting.

Die Anmietung des Ferienhauses, die Kommunikation und Betreuung mit und durch Salogi lief hervorragend. Ich hatte immer die selbe Ansprechpartnerin, die i. d. R. innerhalb eines Tages in sher gutem Englisch antwortete. Alle meine Fragen wurden Zufriedenstellend beantwortet.

Wederom een fantastische vakantie gehad in Il Vignale, huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en zeer goed onderhouden! Ik kom zeker weer!

This was our second stay at Al Menucci. It’s a beautifully maintained home and property. Plenty of space for three couples. Beautiful views from the pool and garden. The pizza oven is an added bonus. It has plenty of linens and a well appointed kitchen. Plus there’s a grocery store a short distance away.

We stayed at this amazing villa for a week in June. Stunning place sitting in the middle of the Tuscan Hills. Villa had everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Close top Lucca and trains to Florence, Pisa and the ocean. Beautiful bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor dining. We all loved it. So quiet and serene. Gardens were stunning also. The pool is unbelievable. Salogi Villas and Ginevra were excellent to deal with. Highly recommend this villa.

Salogi has the flair to find out perfect locations. Everything is fine, from the surrounding to the building, finishing with the furnitures and the kitchen...
I warmly recommend this agency, having tried many others before...

Beginnend bei der Buchung: wir bekamen stets schnelle und kompetente Antworten auf unsere Fragen!
Unsere Villa Ceccella lies keine Wünsche offen, sehr gut ausgerüstete Küche, geräumige Zimmer, gute Betten und vor allem alles in sehr gutem, sauberem und funktionalen Zustand.
Ein großzügiges Gelände wo man niemanden störte oder nicht gestört wurde.
Der Pool schön groß und gepflegt, sowie auch das kleinere Poolhaus.
Ein besonderes Highlite ist auch der Pizzaofen den wir gerne genutzt haben.
Was uns sehr imponierte war die Übergabe und der sehr freundliche Service! Wir bekamen Empfehlungen und Tipps für Unternehmungen zu jeder Zeit und auf jede Frage.
Für uns war es ein Familienurlaub zu einem besonderem Anlass,
der keine Wünsche übrig lies!!

Wir waren mit 3 Generationen allesamt sehr zufrieden mit Haus, Pool und Service und haben den Toscana Urlaub sehr genossen.

We recently stayed at Corte di Campalli for 2 weeks

Positives points:
- extraordinary host/owner who made us feel extremely welcome
- beautiful historic home which looks as good in real life as in the photos on Salogi's website
- Welcoming fruit/vegetables/cake/coffee etc. relieved the stress of having to food shop immediately after our long drive
- stunning views and location
- extremely well equipped and furnished
- frequent cleaning service throughout the week, including of the pool and barbecue
- convenient location in the heart of Chianti with a number of good food options nearby

things to note:
- the road to the farmhouse is a bit rough at points, I would recommend an SUV ideally but we saw plenty of people in compact 2 wheel drive cars

Everything about our stay at Villa Clara, outside the lovely town of Lucca, was special. The villa is lovely, with large common spaces, spacious grounds and a beautiful pool ringed with flowering bushes. The bedrooms were perfect for our 3-generational family of 12 and all but one has a private, modernized bathroom (many of the showers are tiny but they work perfectly well). The staff prepared delicious dinners for our first and last evenings, served outside on a long table. The few small problems we had were resolved quickly. Indeed, from my initial reservation until our arrival, Ginevra and Matilde, in the Salogi office, responded to my many questions immediately and graciously. I was sorry that I couldn't speak Italian with Ana, one of the owners who lives on the property, but she did her best to be helpful despite the language gap. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Clara.

The Villa was much better than I expected!! It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The owners were close and answered all questions about the property and surrounding areas. It is obvious the owners went to great lengths to preserve the villa and to keep it maintained. The Villa and it’s hosts helped to make this vacation our most favorite trip!! I highly recommend this villa for anyone!!!

We can only try to explain just how absolutely jaw-droppingly beautiful the Malmantile villa is!

The location, facilities, service and just general beauty were 5-star.

The Villa at Malmantile is a charming old convent renovated and restored.

The people that run it were so kind in welcoming us with a tour of the villa and gifted us a basket filled with fresh produce from their gardens, as well as their own creations of both the most divine olive oil and a deliciously rich bottle of red wine which were handcrafted from the vineyard and olive groves surrounding the villa!!

The pool is amazing. The Villa private and well kept.

Despite being a little late due to our Vueling flights into Florence, Michael and his colleague welcomed us warmly and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Michael was often around the villa and came to clean the pool and tidy some things up for us throughout the stay which was so kind, and he made sure to let us know of the upcoming public holiday during our stay and that stores would be closed during this time which was very much appreciated!!

They provided us information about local supermarkets and activities, as well as advice about to how to get to local cities such as Florence and Pisa via car AND public transport.

You definitely need to hire a car, as the road leading up to the villa is a few kilometres, and down to the shops in Malmamtile is further still (the road up to the villa is gravel/dirt and can be a bit bumpy, but our front wheel drive rental from Florence airport was fine.

Thank you to Michael and the team who made our stay in this charming place incredible and something to forever remember. The home made olive oil from the olive groves in the estate was the best we have ever tasted. Just wish we could bring more home with us!

Salogi Villas was wonderful to deal with. Responses were clear and helpful. The Villa was all that was advertised and more. My family of 12 had the best time ever.
