Have had Sam Brooks beer before as a birthday gift from my son. I was very impressed so it was the obvious thing to purchase a couple of cases myself - I’m more than pleased I did!

When ordered no indication of delivery time

There was an unfortunate error with the website & what I ordered was no longer available. Customer service was excellent once the problem was identified.

Draught beer in polypin ordered for party. Answered phone promptly to explain when to order and was helpful in dealing with a post-order query. I also signed up for an introductory discount and forgot to apply the code. I emailed them and they refunded me the discount immediately! Only negative was that they invite you to use the Shop app to track delivery, which it doesn’t.
And the Wandle beer is very good!

I received my order, butonly got confirmation the order was received. I didn't get any tracking updates or notification when to expect delivery

Arrived damaged and replaced the following day

The order was never delivered. Eventually I phoned and was told that another order would be sent out and my money refunded. I emphasised that I still wanted the order as it was supposed to be a birthday gift and was assured that another order would be delivered - this has yet to arrive, but my money was refunded

Keg was gone off and tasted like vinegar. Had to throw it away as was undrinkable
