Courier NiL, Brewery 1!
The shipper managed to damage the parcel of containing 6 bottles I had ordered and broke one bottle. A nice lady at Sambrooks sent out a full replacement order and didn't even want the five unbroken bottles back. Oh yes, and it's great beer, btw.
