Took a while to find another coat of the same brand but once I found them on your website I ordered two of them.
Good lighter duty rain coat/poncho

Easy ordering, fast shipping, and the product is above-what-I-expected! My first time shopping with SaphiRose, but it won't be the last!

I purchased your women's long rain jacket in size XL in 2024. I like the jacket and just ordered the exact jacket in XXL, so I would be able to wear it in winter over heavy sweaters. The jacket I received was labeled XXL, but fit like a size large, It was much smaller than the XL I have. It was too small to even zip. I wrote and explained the situation and was told I could return it, but the shipping cost would be deducted from my refund. I have never had to pay to return a defective item from any online store before.

The product has a cheap look, not as described either. Color said white and it turned out to be of a beige color.

I bought a zippered poncho. I really like that the zippers were also waterproofed.

Rain jacket is perfect and the price was amazing. Delivery was fast and arrived in great shape.

I won't order from them again. I ordered a rain coat in my regular size (XL). It arrived quickly - within 3 days. I can't stand anything tight. I purposely buy oversized clothes. But, this coat was really, really big. The shoulders seams were nearly to my elbows. The sleeves hung off my hands by several inches. When I raised my arms, the chest area was ridiculously wide. I could have fit another half of me in it. I went by the sizing chart on the Saphirose website, too. I simply took the coat off and folded it back into the bag it arrived in as neatly as I could and as close to how it arrived as I could. The real problem started when I tried to contact Saphirose to return the item. Beware of the company's very strict return policies. I bought the coat off the Shop app. Nobody would answer the Saphirose phone number - once I finally found it. I finally resorted to sending an email to the company. I found a place that said the only way to return an item is to send an email. It took some time, but I did get a reply. It was a difficult process to return the item, and it cost me to return it. There is a specific way you need to structure a return request, so be sure you explain everything about how you ordered the item(s), the item name, the order number, the size, the quantity, the color, and the reason for a return. Attach your original invoice. Then wait. I went back and forth over the course of 3 it 4 days trying to return the coat. My formal request had to go out for approval. I had to pay $8 for a return shipping label before they would let me print the label. On top of that, the package had to be hand delivered to a FedEx business - not dropped in a box. That meant that I had to drive to another city as our town only has drop boxes. I have not heard back yet if my refund has been granted as they have to inspect the item before I get a credit. This is way to complicated. If you want a rain jacket, there is a much simpler way to get one at a better price or about the same. I will say that I liked how it was made, but it would fit a cow. I also did not love the material, but I ordered a rainproof coat, so I expect that is what the material should be. I am not that big. I can't go through that and feel like I am being treated like a criminal or something. I felt like I was being judged as a liar or something worse. I have to say that I don't remember feeling so distrusted by an online retailer until this experience. It is not for me. I will go through Amazon, which also sells this company's products, but only order if there is a return policy through Amazon.

Very happy with our purchase. Quick turnaround from order to delivery. Ponchos are nice and long. Perfect coverage for festivals.

I had a couple questions and got a response in less than 8 hours. My question was asked after business hours. I then ordered the item and immediately recd confirmation of my order with tracking number. 3 hours later I recd a note thanking me for ordering and reminding me of my tracking number. 2 days later the item was in my hands!! The item was packaged nicely and is EXACTLY as described from the size to the color! I understand how colors show up differently on websites and other computers, but this color was right on! So I truly appreciate this terrific customer service! I recommend highly.

I ordered a jacket in size XL . It was too small so I ordered the same jacket in XXL. Unfortunately they are the same measurements so neither one fits. I love the looks of the jacket and it seems to be made well.

Delivery was very quick!

Only took about 2 days for the product to arrive and it will suit my needs perfectly. Ponchos are light weight and can be easily stored in their pouches when not in use for travel.

Customer service was great! Had an issue and they were quick to help remedy it.

I am impressed with Saphirose. They do not offer free return shipping; but state that clearly and return instructions are easy to follow. Their customer service responded promptly to all email inquiries. In addition, as soon as I got my return into the mail, I received a notice that my requested exchange product had been processed and sent.

The lightweight, packable women's long rain jacket is exactly what I wanted for travel. ~Naturally is rather wrinkled from being stuffed into a small pack, but I think it will smooth out if hung. The color Navy is exactly as shown, AND it even has a double zipper which glides smoothly.
