Very good trading app and also great support. 5 🌟

I remember when creating my sarwa account I gave details about my beneficiary. But in the app now I see there is no beneficiary linked to my account, to add a beneficiary I need to pay USD 49.99.

I don't this is fair. It basically conveys to me that if something happens to me then Sarwa is going it makes it difficult or impossible for my family to get access to my funds because I am not interested in paying the 50 USD fee.

Sarwa is no longer the low cost-friendly investment app. I am not doing any more investments in their platform and looking forward to taking my money out when the market improves.

Sarwa is a friendly platform. But the limitation is that it is not offering Sarwa trade on the windows platform (only on mobiles)

The app is easy to use and the different product offering is amazing and they have a great customer support. I can trade and invest at the same time .. so I can build my portfolio in one place.

I tried sending money through wise but it didn't appear on my account. Contacted customer service and gave them the documents but no response

I have been trying to get a refund of my invested money since more than 3 months to no avail. Nice to see your portfolio growing until you decide to withdraw your money. Good luck for that!

The app freez and a lot, I was trying to make a fund but couldn’t because it keep loading and trading has so may issue

Very worst app, if you give withdrawal order again you cannot give the withdrawal order until the former is processed.The withdrawal amount will shows zero until the 1st withdrawal processed. It will take minimum 5 days to process. The customer service is poor and does not anything to message apologize for the inconvenience 😔. Also, if you cancel the withdrawal, it will take long time to show in your account, has to improve a lot technically

Sarwa really has made 'investing easy'.

I've been able to withdraw without any problem or lock-in which is great, and customer service was really helpful (thank you for going the extra mile Sara!). Would be good to have more notifications with market movements for the Trade app, but otherwise recommended investment platform.

Well, this is a decent place to invest with minimal fees. There are minimum fund requirements if you try to invest in US stocks or ETFs if you try from UAE. If you are currently in UAE and want to invest without much of a hassle, this is the place you can try it.

The only benefit I used to get from SARWA was the referral bonus they used to give us whenever anyone use our referral code. With this hope, I invited 51 people in total. Out of it, 14 people funded. I got 11 people referral bonus.

Now recently they changed their policy that we will get only 5 funded people bonus in a year.

Then when I checked my referral page I can't see the people registered and funded through me. My effort became a waste honestly. I am disappointed. What should I say telI, my friends and relatives, now? I need to explain to everyone about the new policy. I was an active user from the beginning and even deposited some cash. I assume sarwa might have got enough people through reference so they changed their referral policy. I used to give a good review about it only because of the bonus they gave. Even recently some people registered and funded via my referral code. I even got an email from SARWA that I would get the promised $50. But now my referral list is empty.
I will tell the same to the 51 people registered through me.
I am editing the good review which I gave a couple of months ago and giving one a star.
