Awful customer service
I would agree with others about the post installation customer care being shockingly bad. I have tried multiple times over the years to get in touch with someone, most recently to change filters but no one ever gets back to me. I don't live in a main centre so that is probably the issue. I will have to try another company to see if they can help.

I have been trying to get in touch with Sayr since October last year to have my unit serviced, with no success. I have called and emailed multiple times and no one ever gets back to me.
My system is now stuck on summer mode with a blank screen, and I have no way to turn it off or get any support.
If you do not live in a main centre and are based in a smaller town, this company is not for you.
Go to HRV
Bought a house with this system. 2 emails, 2 phone calls and no reply later. Rang HRV. They were there within days, offered me a discount to take the crappy SAYR system out and replace with theirs. And I’m doing it as they service their clients, answer questions and give GREAT!! Customer service.
Highly recommend HRV (this will be my second system) DO NOT recommend SAYR.
I’ve contacted SAYR a few times but…
I’ve contacted SAYR a few times but they’re not great at responding. Have tried again via email and so far just got an automated reply. Basically my unit it under five years old and it is horrendously loud. A non affiliated aircon person said it sounds like it has a problem and should be sorted under warranty. It sounds like a high speed roaring fan. This was never the case previously. So yeah, waiting on SAYR to get back to me. Will also ring tomorrow.

Love the system has dried house but is taking me 5months and counting to get a replacement filter. Have rung too many times they get your details for someone to ring back and no one rings back.

We have had a Sayr ventilation system for years and have finally bit the bullet and got them to put in a ducted aircon system as an early Christmas present. Well, they didn't disappoint 9 years ago, and they certainly didn't disappoint this time. The installation was seamless, and the team was professional and efficient throughout the process. The ducted aircon has been absolutely amazing—keeping our home at the perfect temperature. I honestly wish we had done it years ago! The system is quiet, effective, and energy-efficient, and it's made a world of difference in our comfort. Highly recommend Sayr for anyone looking to get either ventilation or airconditioning. Fantastic service, great pricing, and top-notch products. Thanks again, Sayr team!"

We had excellent service and filter change for our Sayr system. I was so impressed that I recommended they service our heat pump at work. Highly recommend these guys!

Ishak Mohammed did an excellent job cleaning the filters for our Fujitsu heat pump and Sayr ventilation system. He was thorough, professional, and took great care in his work. In addition, he was kind and respectful throughout the entire service. Highly recommended!

Couldn't believe it, the company followed up a couple of weeks later, just to make sure everything was fine and working well. Really great team to deal with. Just wish I knew they did double glazing as well, before starting our build. Top company.
Excellent service
I bought a house recently and it had the SAYR ventilation system pre-installed. I wanted to get the system checked to ensure it was well-serviced.
Contacting SAYR via the toll free number was hassle-free. Mark contaced me subsequently and was exceptional, provided details on the installation along the optimal setting during different seasons. I also got the heat pump serviced. Overall, excellent service provided by Mark.

This company does what it says it will. I can't understand others comments because, these guys go over and above.
Avoid using SAYR
Absolutely hopeless with follow-through. Offer the best of everything at installation then give NOTHING. Not even common courtesy of reply to email NOR returning a simple phone call!

I have had the SAYR ventilation system for about a year and I love it. It has improved the air quality and comfort of my home, especially in winter. The system is quiet, efficient, and easy to use. Very very poor service
Very very poor service. Called them 10 times during warranty period but always send a guy who try to find some problem in your home instead of ventilation system.
Sick of calling them again and again. My house still damp after 2 years. Initially I was told it take 6 months to settle down and system to fully function

Had a lovely gentlemen pop over since he was already in my area and managed to solve the mystery as to why my house was still getting a lot of condensation and not pumping heat throughout our house , fast and very efficient to solving the problem with a lot of great advise on how to correctly use the system as I’m a new renter to the house , can’t wait to see the difference now it’s all running smoothly , Thank you very much Awesome work , Very happy customer ☺️
Poor service post installation
If you have a problem with your Sayr product and you call the 0800 number, your details are taken and you’re told ThT someone will call you back. I have phoned 6 times over the period of a month and not one person has contacted me back. We bought a house that already had a Sayr ventilation system in it and it was installed 4 years ago. The part that needed replacing is still under warranty but Sayr has told me they won’t honour the warranty as we weren’t the ones who had it installed.
