Issue with size but quick response to rectify
Ordered some bowls for my first purchase as they were similar to what I was after and on sale at a good price. Arrived very quickly and in a lot of excess packaging, but they didn't arrive broken. They ended up being smaller than the measurements stated online. I informed customer service and they were very quick to come back to me to say they had double-checked and the website was wrong and offered me a couple of options to try and make this right. I have decided to keep the bowls and they seem good quality.

The first time I laid eyes on the set, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for: elegant, timeless, and made to last. The finish is flawless, and the vibrant colors add a sophisticated touch to any meal. What I appreciate most is how practical the set is—it's both microwave and dishwasher safe, which is a must for me. The durability of the crockery is also incredible. This is definitely the best crockery set I’ve ever owned!
