Leider entspricht das Produkt nicht der Voransicht des Bestellvorgangs. Anstatt 3 x hochkant nebeneinander wurde das Motiv 1 x quer gedruckt. Es ist nun stark vergrößert und dadurch unscharf. Die Ausrichtung der Vögel im Motiv stimmt so auch nicht, wenn man das Tuch trägt. Dazu kommt, dass der Artikel EXTREM nach Chemie riecht und das Gewebe grob ist und dadurch nicht sehr hochwertig wirkt. Die knapp 95 € sind überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt und ich erwarte eine Erstattung.

Very bad quality and cheaply made with a high price tag.

I have worked with Scafos for the past couple of years up until now things were working well
I first noticed the quality of the cashmere had dropped last year - much thinner cashmere
when i mentioned it they did make an effort to to give me the quality i had been purchasing - This past holiday season I had ordered scarves from my sample order - they did not arrive on time for christmas - i emailed a couple of times cause I could not get tracking and to this day there was no response - so customer service is good until something goes wrong - I was disappointed since I was a good client these past 3 years -Its not acceptable to hide and not respond to client needs That's what makes a company great - I also noticed no reviews in the last couple of years on the site I am rethinking my business relationship with them

I ordered a photo print scarf to 120 $ - but has yet to receive it. Being 2 weeks late - not answering my mails - I am getting worried that this is a scam site - but then they replied my mail - and it was at the post Office.
Just collected it - and it is WONDERFULL

Købte to tørklæder før jul - var lidt sent ude og vidste godt de ikke nåede det til juleaften, men de kom før nytår i god tid før den dato, der var givet. Og de spredte stor glæde hos modtagerene: 2 x bedstemor der hver fik et billede af barnebarn. Billederne blev meget flotte, tørklæderne (1 i øko-bomuld og 1 i bomuld-silke) var meget fint forarbejdet. Alt i alt super kvalitet og et personligt produkt, der matcher prisen.

I created a beautiful scarf. All was perfect except the hand sewn hemming was unraveled in one tiny spot. Very lovely, wonderful fabric. A bit pricey if ever wanted to do wholesale.

great quality of fabric and printing. I had one scarf which was printed off center such that the border wasn't even. Not sure how that happened.

They did a nice job with my scarfs. They arrived within the time promised and were each in a nice large envelop you could gift or sell.
But there are a couple of things you may want to research to ensure you get what you're hoping for: A) Do you know what kind of material you really want? If price is all that matters, then no problem. But otherwise there are a goodly number of choices available on the website waiting for you. B) How important is the design you are submitting? Do you have the ability to provide a high quality photo that can be successfully enlarged a great deal? Will you be happy if the colors are not as bright as in your photo?

I was happy with the scarfs I received, but I do wish I had contacted Scafos and taken more time to deal with the questions above.

I've had over 30 scarves printed by Scafos and the quality and prints have been excellent. People love my scarves and I have to give the credit to Scafos for being on top of their game! Their correspondence to my questions and readiness to help me when one of the pieces was not to my liking was very professional. As a print on demand for my scarves they have been the best.
