I purchased a big cotton/silk scarf hoping to use it as a sarong, but the fabric is too fine and I'm afraid that it would rip with use, so I will use it as a shawl. Great customer service, but I would suggest ordering a sample of the fabric first if you have any doubts.

The product arrived earlier than indicated, beautifully packed. The only reservation was that the silk scarf has small irregularities in the fabric (small pulls). It's a gift so I wish it was perfect.

I respect fast response, artistic grate quality, and understanding the international culture of clients from all countries around the world.

Colors are positively insipid. They are very pale and don't look anything like the jpegs submitted. The definition between the colors is blurred.
The initial service and delivery of the product was quite nice. The silk/wool material is OK for the price. But the lack of clarity and the paleness of colors make this purchase a disappointing experience.
I was hoping to add scarves to my line, in addition to original art and prints. This product is a no.

I would definitely recommend Scafos. They did a fantastic job on making my custom made scarf. The color and the print came out so beautifully. Great job! Thank you!

Uncompromised quality and perfect service!

nice fabric, thought it will be a little bigger, probably did not calculated correctly.
thank you.

Superior results. First class in every way. I am ordering another scarf this week. I have emailed pictures to all my art friends. We are planning to sell scarves designed by the patients with whom we work to raise money for our charity ArtHelpsHeal.org.

Very nice results . I surely will use your side again.

We are very pleased with the scarf. Beautiful print and scarf quality.

very happy with customer service and quality!!

Easy to make an order and apply your photo. Speedy delivery and a wonderful present to friends and/or family. Nice quality as well.

Great product. My scarf turned out perfectly!

Perfect service from order to delivery.
The quality of the scarf was top!
Able to customise my own scarf & gift - WOW!

easy to work with, and wonderful results!!

Absolutely fabulous quality, service, and creativity!

I ordered the scarf as a present for my daughter, using a photograph she had taken of a mountain range with a lake in the foreground. Although it turned out a little indistinct, she recognized it and was very happy. I was pleased with the quality of the scarf, the size was generous, but not overwhelming for her slight stature because the fabric was light and airy. It arrived within the time promised. My only suggestion would be to have it wrapped in such a way that one could open it to check it/admire it before giving it as a present, perhaps by sending unused stickers along with the envelope.

Wow! I cannot imagine running Josette C Kratz Designs without Scafos!! I wish I could keep them as my own little secret. Quick response with questions, turn-around time amazing, and high quality product which exceeds my expectations every time. I want them all to myself!!! Josette
