Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're grateful for your support and thrilled to hear that you love our wax melts. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issues with your spray bottles. We would have been happy to provide replacement nozzles to address this. Our thank you email sent out when we receive orders always encourages customers to reach out if any issues arise upon receiving their order, but unfortunately, we weren't given the chance to rectify the situation in this case. We value your satisfaction and are here to make things right whenever you need us, we have a dedicated team always ready to help!

Amazing
Amazing!
I love their scents, I’ve found a lot of unique scents and I’ve yet to find one I don’t like. Some other competitors just do the generic ones that you quickly get sick of.
The delivery is always fast and the products are very well packaged. I’ll be honest, I prefer gel melts as there’s less mess and they’re easier to change from the wax burner. Maybe one day you’ll stock gel melts! But I just use paper cups for the wax so it can pop out and be changed when needed.
But I only purchase wax melts from here as they’re lovely and strong, not sickly or overpowering. The lovely scent fills your home.
Thanks!

Everything smells divine.
I have been buying wax snap bars from Scents@No3 for quite a while now. Their delivery is so prompt, prices are great value. Every smell is beautiful. I tend to go for perfume or aftershave smells. My house always smells divine. I would definitely recommend buying from them. Their products and prices are great.

Strong smell and long lasting…
I love your wax melts and definitely the strongest scent out of all I've tried..
Unfortunately I've only given a 3 star as you have discontinued my 3 favourites..Caramel latte..
Frankincense and myrrh ..
Gingerbread
I've tried the gingerbread one you have at the moment and it's not the same and no where near as strong, other than that I would of awarded 5stars for strong scent and long lasting

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for taking the time to provide your review. Your input is truly valued. Regrettably as mentioned in our email reply to you sometime ago, the scents you have mentioned had been discontinued by the fragrance house we partnered with, who due to the current financial climate sadly had to close their business.
We understand the disappointment this may cause, particularly if those scents were among your favourites. Please know this situation was entirely out of our hands.
We thank you for your ongoing support as you explore our wide range of fragrances, and we hope you've discovered new favourites to enjoy!
