Well made, quality workmanship, and efficient design. Speedy delivery of product was great. One small suggestion would be to improve written mounting instructions.

I ordered the Better Together sign in 3ft for my upcoming wedding and my fiancé and I absolutely loved it! It is the perfect size, it shipped fast and it was packaged very well and such good quality. We love that it is dimmable and the best part was how affordable it was. If I'm ever in need of another neon sign I will definitely order from Sculpt Neon Signs again and totally recommend.

The ordering process was easy to navigate. The staff working on the sign did an amazing job at portraying what my sign would look like. The mockup is 100% what my sign looks like in person. I couldn't have envisioned a more perfect neon sign!

The sign doesn’t work, messed up my whole event and it was not cut to the letters as it was supposed to be. No one has bothered responding to my message. I better hear from someone soon and a refund.

It wasn't until after I ordered that I realized my sign would be imported and was very concerned about reliability due to bad past experiences. I was pleasantly surprised that the order came quickly, the sign was well made and exactly as shown online. My niece loved her surprise Graduation gift so much!!

Fast, efficient and looks great!

Customer service was great and the end product was really good for the cost. The production time was fast and so was shipping. My only feedback would be for there to be some consistency in units of measurement, it got a little confusing in dealing with millimeters. Also, the description should clarify that the color casing would have white lining.

I asked to have my design changed (tweaked) at least 3 times to get it right and whoever was doing that for me was fast and friendly about it. They responded with the changes within a day or the next morning. They worked with me to get it right. All of that before any payment or commitment to buy. That’s kinda amazing.
