Pleased with the replacement unit
Pleased with the replacement unit. I never fitted one before let alone order one.
There are several measurements needed other than the overall size but the website makes clear what is required. A bit of online research helps if you are new to this particular bit of DIY.
The price seemed competitive. The only vaguely negative comment that I would make is the lead in time from ordering to recipt of the panel which in my case was about three weeks. As this was a new type of job for me I do not know if that is the normal time it takes to make one of these panels.
Delivery seemed to be done by a dedicated service.
I have no problem recommending this company.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We’re really pleased to hear that you found the information on our website helpful, especially for your first replacement unit, and that you were happy with the finished product and delivery.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lead time. We understand that waiting can feel longer when you’re keen to complete a DIY project, and your comments are genuinely useful to us.
Thank you for recommending us, and we hope the next project goes just as smoothly!
Best wishes,

Great website for DIY customers
I'm a DIY'er, so found the pre-set specifications extremely useful. I made an slight error when sending my order, but this was picked-up by their team and Customer Service contacted me straight away to confirm my requirements. The panel was delivered ahead of time and fits perfectly - they even went to great lengths to insert small sections of Georgian bar above and below the cat flap hole, which really adds to the overall finish. We are delighted with our purchase and will no longer have to leave one of the patio doors open during cold weather for the cats to come and go!

Poor communication and delivery
Units arrived early with no advice from supplier or courier.
Discovered by accident propped up against a stone wall with no protection minus the glazing tape I had purchased.
Took 2 emails for tape to be finally delivered 1 week later.

Hi Simon,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly with the missing glazing tape and lack of delivery notification.
We’re pleased the tape was eventually sent, but we recognise that you should not have had to chase us for it. We’ll be reviewing the communication and delivery process with our team to help prevent this happening again.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Best wishes,

Great service and accurate build quality
Used them several times now to order replacement units for steamed up windows in my house, been delighted with the service each and every time. Price is very competitive and the quality of the units built are excellent. Every unit was built precisely to the measurements I supplied, including positioning of the Georgian bars which is essential when trying to match to existing windows. My only suggestion for how the service could be improved, is if they would send a text out the day before the units will be delivered so you can try to ensure you’ll be in to accept delivery. But that aside, cannot fault in any way and highly recommend them.

Great value window units
I have previously paid local companies to change misted windows, but knowing how quickly they are replaced, I decided to do it myself.
It was so easy to order the glass and replace it for a quarter of the price
I would definitely use them again.

Very convenient way to get replacement double glazing units
Very competitive prices, easy ordering process and units cut accurately to the dimensions I provided. My only criticism is that delivery took a couple of weeks longer than anticipated - I did go for the lowest cost delivery option and am in Cumbria. Fortunately my replacement units were not urgently needed. I would certainly use again, perhaps with an expedited delivery option.

The Sealed Units Online website made ordering the correct replacement unit very easy, everything explained including the toughening and thermal coating options. Competitive pricing and fair delivery charges too. The unit arrived safely, on time and exactly to size with fitting instructions to make sure the glass was fitted the correct way around. An easy DIY fitment and a perfect match for my existing conservatory units. I would highly recommend Sealed Units Online and will be looking to them to supply any additional units I might need in the future. Many Thanks.

Bad communication or they have gone bust
Hi. Ordered a rush unit from Glass Delivered who are basically Sealed Units Online. Have been waiting now for two weeks. Tried calling and leaving messages but both company phones just go to answer phones. Been leaving messages to find out what is happening but no response. My job is getting beyond urgent. Will have to go elsewhere unless I can make contact. A simple phone call would be enough.
