Its been a week and no reply They offer zero support. I tried emailing them. It takes me down a path to return the items. I need support not a return authorization.....not yet. Their website is very misleading and does not offer technical support

Horrible company, was excited for my lights to come in and trusted the website with my vehicles information, these people sent an h13 (American vehicles) when I have a Toyota Yaris and it said "confirmed fit" after reading the return policy I realized the scam. If you're going to go through and buy this product, purchase it off Amazon they give CORRECT vehicle fitness without the divorce contact of a return that the oringal party can't even promise, pathetic truly .. I had to give the lights away I don't need any more stress as it is.. save your money and avoid sealight

I ordered led bulbs all around for my GMC sierra 2014, and they came in and work/look great. Customer service is agonizingly slow, but as long as you stay on top of it, they won’t fail you.
My brake lights blink and run fault codes, so I emailed them and requested 4 canbus units as I ordered 4 bulbs. Unfortunately, I will most likely have to be patient with them as they seem to take less priority on some emails as opposed to others.
Although, when they do respond, I am sure that they will promptly ship them out.

Worst customer service and delivery ever! Do not order from there if you want your product! I ordered literally 3 months ago, the website kep showing packing for delivery. I reached out after 3 weeks, the customer service said ohbit was delivered! No trancking number , no email update, website stuck on packing! The package is nowhere to be found. I reached out and the customer service said will ship another. 2 weeks later. Amazon delivery turns back and send the package to the company. Contact customer service again, it’s been 2 months since the original order. They resent the package, i requested a tracking number to keep my eye out since i live in a complex building and amazon sometimes throw the packages outside, no answer! They asnwer me a week after delivery with the tracking number! Never seen a worst service! If you want your order do not order here! OH AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT! WHAT A SCAM! I can’t search for a package a week after receival! When i specifically said that i need to tracking number to keep an eye because i live in a huge complex!!

I ordered the wrong colored of bulbs, contacted customer service and they actually looked up what I needed and sent them 2 me. I didn't have 2 try and look up the rite color and reorder them. I enjoyed communication with them it was pleasant and quick. Awesome job Sealight, do more business with u in the future. U can't go wrong with this company. They have my total trust

Great customer support. I ordered the wrong item and they sent me replacements within a few days. The product is of high quality and very easy to install. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Ordered headlights and fog lights. The headlights fit the fog lights shipped were wrong. I've sent two emails and I can't get a response. I should have read this company's reviews and avoided them. Lesson learned.

Worst company I ever had to deal with.
They sent me the wrong model of headlights.
In the box, it said to write to support@sealight-led for any issue with the order.
I wrote them an email and it took forever for them to respond. When they did, they were of no help and told me to contact another email adress. I try the other adress and I never got a response.
I litteraly got scammed.
Do not buy from them.

I purchased these in march 2025 and am now purchasing some new headlight to replace them. The light bulbs started flashing and one went out. I took the screws out and opened it up, and the solder contacts were all broken. Poorly made.

I will not go into great detail, it has no merit. Bought 9005,9006 led headlights. Lights flickered. 2012 corolla. Sealight,is aware their product is not compatible with the this corolla. They sell them anyway. One must buy the the canbus that may work.The math, $79.99, 9005,9006.Canbus I think $25.99 Will this work for me? I am moving on Sylvania here i come. Sealight, too dim.

UPDATE in response to msg from SeaLight-led - I sent them 2 photos at their request - one of the opened manila envelope that the part came in and another photo of the clear plastic zip-lock bag with the parts still inside.
Their response to me was that because the item had been taken out of the 'box', they could not refund my money.
I then sent an angry email back to them with 2 more images - this time showing the replacement part (still in its manila envelope) and the shipping bag from the shipper UniUni. No box. No clear packaging that shows the product without opening the manila envelope.
I see the refund has been deposited into my account. Thanks for that.
The new part has been installed but my driving lights still flicker (headlights do not flicker). I don't want to dicker with SeaLight-led anymore. I will take my car to a local business to have it fixed.
With the sincere hope that your goal is to improve customer service, my order number was: IS-SLCA-1000495773. The incorrect item was 9007/HB5 LED Bulbs Canbus Decoders/ Resistor Anti Flicker Harness Resi.
I ordered headlights for my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe from Sealight-led. After installation, they flickered, so on January 9, 2026, I ordered an anti-flicker harness. The item arrived packaged inside a plastic shipping envelope, which contained a manila envelope, and inside that was a clear plastic bag holding the harness.
Without even removing the harness from the clear plastic bag, it was immediately obvious that it was the wrong part for my vehicle. I therefore ordered the correct anti-flicker harness on January 19 and attempted to return the incorrect one.
That’s when I discovered their “customer service” is essentially nonexistent. My email went unanswered, so I called and left a voicemail—only to receive a text message instructing me to email them again.
After several emails, I was told I would not receive a full refund because I had “opened the package.” To be clear: the only thing opened was the outer envelope. There is no way to verify the correct part without opening the manila envelope it arrived in—I don’t have x-ray vision. The harness itself was never used and remained sealed in the clear plastic bag.
I was then told the item could not be resold because of this, which makes no sense. Replacing an envelope and relabeling it is hardly an issue.
I would have been perfectly willing to pay return shipping, but instead the company chose to make this unnecessarily difficult. Based on this experience, I will never recommend this company to anyone.

My husband ordered these lights for my Durango, and we were excited to put them in. Well, my brother in law bought me lights so I didn't need these light afterall. I never opened the package. My husband called customer service to see how to go about returning them and the man he spoke with said that we have to pay to return them. Which, is perfectly fine with us. My husband asked how much was the cost to return them, and the guy asked what card he was using to pay for the return. Now that doesn't sound right. Whatever card we use is irrelevant. I guess there is a difference in price depending on the card you use. My husband did not give any information. So now we are stuck with lights that we don't need. Because of this, I will never use this company again and I will be sure to let everyone know how they operate.

I order the wrong pair of headlights and had to call 6 times to finally talk to a customer service representative for them. When I talk to the customer service representative he reassured me that it was no big deal that he would cancel the order for me and I would get a refund to my bank account. It has been 3 days and I have no refund. Also unbelievably the customer service representative never canceled my order and it went ahead and shipped anyways. It's been 3 days and when I check on the status of the headlights they wouldn't let me cancel it tells me there is no tracking number. I have communicated three different times with sea lights customer service and haven't received a response. These scam artists charged me for the headlights and never sent them off and now won't respond to my emails when trying to get a solution to get my money back.

Buyer be Aware!!!
This company is terrible, ordered from this company , next day went to cancel order, and impossible to cancel! Nowhere on website can orders be cancelled, called customer service daily, no answer , they put you on hold and eventually it says agents are busy and you can leave a voice message and someone will return your call. Well this never happens, nobody will ever return your call, non existent customer service. Reached out a few times with email, and again no response! they charge your credit card and ignore the customer, this has been going on for two weeks now, and did not even ship out lights, dishonest business, so now my Credit card company is dealing with them. Do not buy, if problem occurs, they ignore the customer!!

Ordered reverse light led upgrade for a toyota tundra, was sent the incorrect bulbs, then customer service did not help in resolving the issue, they will make you jump through hoops to get a return processed. BUYER BEWARE !!

Terrible experience with this company! Garbage lights that don’t fit! Contacted customer service total waste of time. Via email they offered 15% off the light bulbs and give to family or friends? What a joke I just want my money back. I was then told to send back to an address in Markham Ontario. I decided to take them myself the place was an unnamed warehouse where a guy came through a locked door stating we have a contract with them and do not take stuff back personally? Whatever that means. He told me I have to get a return label from the company then send it to this same warehouse? I sent another email to the company stating stop playing games give me the return label and I will send back. I also stated I don’t know what kind of company this is? Disgusting customer service on all levels. You state 90 day return I sent pictures of boxes intact to no avail. Do not ever deal with this company the worst I’ve ever dealt with!
