Searchlight Surveyors Avaliações

Survey was carried out in a short time frame and we received the report quickly. I am very happy with the service.

Simon was helpful in answering our queries, and it was useful for him to call after completing the survey and go through his main findings.

Very helpful when contacted on the phone. Have no reason to believe that this will not continue should any further queries arise.
Thank you.

Choose to use through reviews done by other customer. We were very pleased with our choice, Simon was very professional and polite. The survey was very comprehensive and it was very easy to contact Simon with any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend

Simon did a level 3 buildings survey for us recently on a house we are purchasing. Prior to this Simon answered our questions promptly and in-depth. The survey itself was very thorough and i received a call from Simon straight after his visit with an overview of the main findings and the actions he would advise us to take. We then received the full report the day after which was easy to understand and made everything clear in terms of the required actions. My husband called Simon again the next day to go over some of the points and Simon was happy to assist. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon.

Simon was very communicative, gave excellent honest advice and was very reasonably priced. Fantastic service and very much recommended!

Simon is straightforward, to the point and honest. He gives very good advice and very thorough. Not the cheapest out there but you get the service you pay for with extra support. This is the second time we have used his services and if you want a job doing correctly he is your man. I would recommend him to anybody.

Simon's report saved us hundreds if not thousands! I've recently embarked on purchasing a renovated home. There were some significant snags and challenges with the exterior. Simon's report outlined these items in a logical manner, allowing the seller to have these issues addressed prior to the exchange. Would highly recommend Simon!

Simon did a thorough job of surveying the maisonette we are purchasing. We found Simon to be incredibly informative about the property and he even went out of his way to give us advice about the leasehold, which we highly appreciated being first-time buyers. Thank you Simon!

I did a local surveyor search with my information looking for a surveyor that was willing to do extra checks. Simon was the only person that responded about my extra checks and talked through it all. All the others only gave me quotes without reading my additional info box.

This was a great start, also excellent responses through emails, lots of clear info and very pleased with how the final report was done.

Prompt and friendly service, with no hard sell. We discussed which of the available surveys I required and was recommended the best survey for our circumstance.

Excellent professional Level 2 survey carried out promptly by Simon Dowse, with immediate verbal feedback of key points, followed up quickly with clear, detailed report and then a further follow-up conversation to highlight and clarify.

I wasn’t expecting the personal touch but l got it. Excellent communication with detailed survey observations plus photos of anything needing attention. My questions were honestly answered. The advice given was much appreciated. Thank you

I hired Simon to complete a Level 2 Survey for a house I planned to purchase back in June 2022. He was very professional and took the time to explain to me the various terms relating to the house report.

I was very happy with the original report and felt comfortable in my understanding of the contents of the survey. When the original house purchase fell through, I hired Simon again for another survey for the second house I purchased and received the same great service for my second report.

Simon was a complete professional with a personal touch from start to finish. Very friendly, explained everything needed without “surveyor speak”. A thorough survey completed and a report sent the same day. Plus a phone call to explain things too. Excellent, would highly recommend.

We are purchasing a house that requires modernisation so we got a Level 2 survey from Simon. He booked us in at the earliest opportunity, and had the report with issues over to us by the evening of the survey. He explained everything in simple terms even ai could understand it!

Good communication. Fluid process. Made things easy to understand and acted efficiently.

Simon confirmed the day before that he was conducting the survey on the date we booked. He called us straight afterwards to go through his findings and by that evening we had the full report. All points are clearly explained and Simon answered any queries and told us we could contact him anytime if we had further queries. Truly a professional service, just what you need when buying a new home. We would highly recommend Simon . Thank you Simon.

It was very professional.
Simon was able to explain the details in layman's terms and complete and return the survey report in very short space of time.
