Searchlight Surveyors Avaliações

Moving home is stressful, moving to a new area adds an unknown dimension and doing so from hundreds of miles away adds yet further logistical pressure.

We approached a number of local surveyors based on the online reviews that we found, and chose Simon because of his prompt and polite pre-survey service - and the fact that he was willing to take the time to listen to our concerns and clearly outline his recommendations.

He then provided us with a thorough and detailed survey and was further willing to guide us through his report, taking the time to help us understand the various ramifications of what he had found.

Moving home will never (and probably should never) be a carefree experience, but the ability to inject the process with the confidence to help you make informed and considered choices goes a long way to making it as smooth as it can be - and Simon does just that.

Simon was very communicative and helpfully talked through the main findings of his report

Simon was approachable and friendly, had fantastic knowledge and we had our report back in the same afternoon. He was very thorough and would highly recommend to anyone

I received all the information I could possibly need both before and after the building survey and valuation I asked Searchlight to perform for me. All my questions were answered promptly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great service. Thank you very much.

Simon was very professional and provided an excellent service. The report provided was detailed and the information was well presented and clear. Well worth the money to give you piece of mind when purchasing a new property.

Simon was excellent and kept us informed at every step of the process. He advised which survey would best meet our needs, and researched the potential issues thoroughly before the survey. The report was detailed and included excellent photos which we have been able to use to get quotes for the remedial work. The report was sent through within 24 hours and Simon telephoned to discuss any potential issues. I would have no hesitation recommending Searchlight Surveyors.

Very happy with the service provided. This began with a personalised response to my initial enquiry, followed by excellent onward communication. The survey was detailed, very informative and the report processed and sent very promptly. I would be very happy to recommend Simon’s services

Very friendly and efficient service. Survey done in good time. It was very informative.
Would definitely use Searchlight Surveyors again.

Wish I hadn't written a good review as moved in with all sorts of problems, mainly damp. Simon came and said more.or less it was a.coincidence that damp appeared.withinin literally 2 weeks of.moving in. I had really bad.mould very quickly and have had to spend a small fortune sorting it all out . Save your money and don't bother as I wish I hadn't. Very expensive mistake

This company is first class, our surveyor was extremely helpful and very approachable. A great service that I would thoroughly recommend to any of my family and friends.

Really professional and friendly service. Would totally recommend Simon! Thank you

I cannot recommend Searchlight Surveyors highly enough. They offered a very competitive price (and I got over 10 quotes) and the service was excellent. You can really trust that you’re not being ripped off (not easy in the housing market) and each step of the process we were given detailed information, clearly explained and we received a phone call that evening from the surveyor just to check in before the report. As a first time buyer I was nervous about the process and moving forward I would recommend to all house purchasers and would use them for every future house purchase.

Simon went over and above my expectations. He was so helpful and patient with me during the delays I had with my housing society. He offered me great advice and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any one.
Thank you.

SImon is excellent. He really tries to help you with what's important and provides a personalised service.

Second property survey report done for us. Again a very detailed and honest report. Would highly recommend Simon and will always use ourselves.

The entire process from initial enquiry to final report was smooth and professional. Simon clearly takes great pride in his work and we could not recommend his services more.

It was great to outline some areas of concern before our survey, and both the telephone call afterwards and written report gave us the detail we needed before deciding to proceed with a more specialist survey with regards to the drainage.

Thank you Simon!

This is the second time I have used Simon for a survey on an investment property and once again I’m really happy with the service that he provides. Looking forward to being in contact again soon for the next project, thanks Simon!

Thank you! A prompt, efficient service! I really appreciated the attention to detail in the report with photos and the phone call after! Thank you for checking out the particular concerns we had!I would definitely recommend your service to others!

Informative survey, great communication throughout and flexible. Thank you!
