Searchlight Surveyors Avaliações

Our experience using search light surveyors was first class. Communications were fast and very useful, he went out of his way not to oversell his services and the quality of work and the report were delivered quickly and thorough. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is the fourth report I have read on houses in the last year! The other purchases fell through for various reasons, however I am trying to make the point that my review is based on some recent experience.
Simon’s report was clear, easy to read and understand. It has provided me with the information that I needed to make my decision to buy, and what future work that I might choose to do, if I decide to do so!
Thank you Simon, you were worth the money and more!

Prompt, professional service providing a comprehensive report of the property. Would certainly recommend this company.

Simon is very professional, keeps to his word, he had the report done and sent to me the same day as the survey was carried out. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Simon went above and beyond to help us. A surveyor who we'd initially planned to go with were unable to fit us into a suitable timeframe as we wanted to get a survey done within a short space of time. Not only did Simon fit us into his schedule before anyone else could, he was also very responsive and understanding of our situation. We ended up getting the survey report on the same day that he conducted the survey and gave us a courtesy call after the inspection to give us a brief rundown of his findings. We can't speak highy enough of the surveying experience we recieved and will certainly recommend him to anyone in the future!

Simon at Searchlight is brilliant. We used him for our previous house move and found him to be an excellent communicator who produced a thorough and timely report. When we were looking to move again I went straight back to Simon. His prompt and helpful advice from a surveyor’s perspective helped us avoid making an expensive mistake. In all my communication he has been polite, friendly and very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Simon was very helpful i explaining the process and what he would do in the survey. The survey was very clear in pointing out any possible problems.

Very helpful and informative survey, I was very pleased to see some recommended next steps so that we knew what to do with the information. Thank you for your swift and friendly service, Mrs Venton

Efficient, honest surveyor. Took the time to go through the options with us as first time buyers to make sure we were getting what we needed.

Personalised service, Simon asked before the survey if we had any concerns about the property, he phoned immediately after the survey to talk through the main findings and the report followed the same day. Thorough and easy to read. Professional and friendly, and always willing to talk things through afterwards. 100% recommended.

Searchlight provided a concise and well illustrated homebuyer's survey, delivering exactly when they said they would. They answered my questions very swiftly, expertly and clearly. I would recommend them.

Simon was very helpful and gave me all the detail I needed. Thank you!

We engaged Simon at Searchlight for our recent purchase of a property and he was such a pleasure to deal with. He was able to fit us in speedily and provided our report within 24 hours of attending the property; there was a question mark that required viewing plans of an extension and he kindly offered to confirm all was in order once we'd got hold of the plans, without charging any extra.

Simon was really informative at every stage, and it really reassured us throughout our dealings with him.

I hope we will not have to move any time soon but when we do I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone to Searchlight again!

Fast, efficient service. Quick and easy communications. Would highly recommend.

Great service, excellent communication and a clearly set out list of findings and recommendations. I would certainly use them again.

Very thorough and very helpful
