Loved the chair. The only thing was the wrong one was sent because they discontinued it but they didnt tell me. But when I noticed and called they refunded me the difference which was cheeky of them

I had a great time store visit . Sorin was wonderful man to show around warehouse and his great experience at showing around, I got good and lovely 64 chairs at great price. And now ordering more chairs, my customers and friends have liked what have bought it. It is wonderful it is matching to my restaurant. He was friendly and honest talking guy about material what he is selling, I will really recommend and buy more again. Thanks Sorin for being honest and helpful.

Service from S&B was very responsive and clear, I placed and order and tried to call - I was called back immediately. I had a 6 day lead time in needing the order for an event and the team S&B were great at communicating delivery. Very impressed, would highly recommend and definately use again.

After explaining technical issues, everything has been resolved and table returned.

The chairs arrived on time . They look really good on our new room, setting off the new table nicely. The customer service went above and beyond our expectations. So very pleased.

This site seemed illegitimate at first due to the lack of reviews and "feeling" I got from research. I did an order for very niche folding chair (I have limited home office space) and they shipped it earlier than expected!

It's definitely a bulk shipping site but the chair I got was cheaper than most other sites and came in perfect condition.

The dining chairs are good quality, they stack up so good when i need space - perfect for my new seating area.

I can and would recommend this company. There was a slight delay in dispatch of my order for a valid reason which caused a bit of concern but a quick telephone call to a real person and I got an instant update. Unfortunately however, my order arrived damaged due to what appeared to be careless handling by couriers which of course is not the company's fault but an email later, they quickly sorted that out for me too. The quality and value of the chairs completely met expectations also.

It’s my second time ordering chairs and again, I couldn’t fault the response time and the help offered.
