Very impressed with Seat Unique. Bought tickets for an Everton home match. Instructions very clear via email. The package was subsequently upgraded to a higher premium level due to me purchasing an extra ticket. I was very appreciative of this kind offer which made the overall experience very memorable.

Booking failed
Booking failed. Spoke to customer service who promised to investigate and email back but never heard from them again.
Payment cleared from card and then refunded by Seat Unique so it was not a payment issue.
When I went back to site to try and re-book 2 days later but there was no availability . Had Customer Services responded promptly we could still have re-booked on the day but they didn't (Lost opportunity)

Thank you for your recent call and review, and we are sorry to hear that your payment was rejected.
I am pleased to see that you have managed to secure your tickets.
I apologise that it took longer than expected, but I investigated this with our tech team to ensure it doesn't occur again.
Without getting too technical, there was an API error within the system, meaning that the system could not find seats within the package you were selecting, so the order was not allowed to go through. This was later fixed by our partners, whose API error this was, hence why the booking has now been successful.

Booked a match with this company for the Aston Villa - Brighton game. Great and reliable. Leave it a little late to send the tickets which I was worried about but they arrived on time!
Have used them again for another match! Definitely recommended

Great customer service making a birthday surprise extra special
We were a group of 3 having a birthday surprise for one of the group. We booked the tickets in two separate purchases so I contacted Seat Unique to ask if we could be seated together. I got a reply really quickly confirming that they would put us all next to one another and even better, that they had upgraded us to premium hospitality. They even designed an e-gift card for our friends birthday. It was fantastic customer service even if there hadn’t been the upgrade, but that was special. Thank you Georgia from customer services!

Fantastic experience, love the club.. The Trinity bar was everything we were looking forward to experience.
Great food… drinks were flowing, the staff were amazing with beautiful smiles very welcoming.

I want to provide some context for customers who may be reading this review. Mr Lancaster secured tickets to a racecourse a couple of days prior to the event on the 11th of February.
He has not been in touch with Seat Unique directly, as his point of contact for the order is the venue, as indicated at the bottom of his order confirmation.
A short notice of cancellation leaves little room for the team to be able to help, and we kindly remind customers that tickets are non-refundable as per the terms accepted at the point of purchase.
However, for most events, if you are unable to attend, you can pass tickets on to friends and family.

Can't select 1 adult and 1 child
I wanted a child seat and an adult seat. You could only select one or the other. Had to buy 2 adult seats. It's a bit of a rip off really and very poor website

After being scammed for arsenal football tickets, the club recommended us to seat unique . The assistant was extremely helpful and saved the day. We got our tickets , sent to my phone within 2 hours.
