It was a great experience
It was a great experience. The food was decent. Good choice of drinks. Only bit of small criticism is it wasn’t clear about the free drinks included and instructions on how to get them (starred items on the menu). Also not clear hot drinks are included. Perhaps a line on the email on this would be helpful. We had to ask one of the staff what to do.
The seats we were allocated were great. The village street area was great - not enough seats though. We had to stand whilst eating which wasn’t ideal. Highly recommend the experience though.

Great experience at Hill Dickinson
Trinity Street Bar v Bournemouth. Very friendly staff, plenty on hand to speak too. Service at bar and food stand quick and efficient.

The staff were so lovely and made us…
The staff were so lovely and made us feel really welcomed. I was really impressed with the quick wait for both food and drinks was great and bar staff friendly. The manager Samantha was lovely too. The only complaint I have was that there were not enough seats in ratio to accommodate fans in the bar, I even saw people sitting on the floor. We had to stand for the 2 and half hours we were there. This was especially frustrating as my Brother, who was with me had to stand the whole visit and it left him in a lot of pain from a slipped (herniated) disc that he suffers from. This did ruin the event for us but other than that it was a good experience.

Twice booked tickets and overcharged
Update: Having spoken to SeatUnique this morning they have agreed to reallocate my ticket to cat 1. Very grateful. Thank you to Callum for sorting this so quickly.
The last two times I have purchased tickets shortly after they have been released. When I then have checked on tickets a day later, I have found the same tickets are now listed as £50 cheaper. Previously I have used Seat Unique a lot without issue but when I booked tickets on Friday I specifically asked if the ticket prices were going to change or other seats be released and I was assured that wouldn’t happen. When this first happened I assumed it was a mistake, now it has happened again it is clear that is was in fact deliberate move to rip off people booking when things are released. Next time I’ll book directly through the venues to avoid being overcharged for the same tickets. Very disappointed. I have made a complaint to Seat Unique and will update this review should this be resolved.

First time user of your company - delighted
First time user of your company. Not only did I get a great price for Aston Villa hospitality tickets but also I got great customer service from Andreya - I wanted to add a 3rd person to my booking after my initial 2 person booking and the customer service was easy and quick to access and excellent; they got 3rd person seated with me and also managed to provide parking free of charge for which they did not have any obligation to do so on either point. Easy to deal with and good service, I will use again. Also I did have slight anxiety about tickets being sent in a timely manner as booking was for the next day but there was no problem and they arrived promptly with clear instructions. Good service all round.

I wanted to book 6 tickets for a…
I wanted to book 6 tickets for a sporting event but had a little query before I booked.
I went on the "contact us" email link to ask the question, but didn't get a reply, apart from the standard reply saying we will get back to you in 24 hours. I didn't hear anything so then tried the "WhatsApp" link to ask the question. Again didn't hear anything!!
I ended up contacting the venue direct who were very helpful and answered my query.
I was then able to book my tickets but with no help from "Seat Unique".

Can you kindly let us know if you submitted this using the same email that you used at purchase?
For bookings that have already been placed, we would also always encourage customers to review their order confirmation, which is sent immediately after purchase. This clearly indicated your point of contact for your booking.

Excellent communication throughout the process was very reassuring. It was great to be able to ask Customer Service questions and to receive a reply quickly. In the ground all the tickets and vouchers worked very smoothly.
