Excellent service from the SECRET BOTTLE shop. Arrived a few days after ordering. Very well packaged. And one of the few shops that stock my favourite BIVOST ARCTIC VODKA.

Thanks so much for the review! Glad to hear that your order arrived with the allocated time. We try our best to ensure our parcels arrive on time with as much detail from our couriers. Most of our wine and spirit orders arrive within 48 hours. Thanks again!
would order again
order arrived late despite being placed before 2pm for next day delivery which cost me over £10.
Apart from that , good communication with the store and quality product which was delivered intact.

Resposta da Secret Bottle Shop
Hi there,
Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave your feedback.
I'm sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating any delivery issue can be, particularly when an order is needed for a specific event.
Having reviewed your order, I can see that it was dispatched, the same day of ordering on the 28th and was delivered on the 30th at 11:38am. The totally delivery time from ordering to delivery being under 48hours.
Unfortunately, courier delays and service issues can occasionally occur despite our best efforts, and we appreciate how disappointing this can be when timing is important.
We were also concerned to read that you had not received a response to your messages you sent. After reviewing our records, we have been unable to locate the emails referenced in your review.
However, when you contacted us via live chat this evening, a member of our team responded promptly, apologised for the inconvenience, and arranged a full refund of your delivery charge.
We also offered a full refund upon return of the bottle, as it was no longer required.
As a small independent retailer, we genuinely care about our customers and always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly when things don't go to plan. We're sorry this order did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
An excellent prompt service
An excellent prompt service. Don't buy a lot, and not very often, but I would recommend them. 5* service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review — it genuinely means a lot, especially when you mention you'd recommend us. Word of mouth and personal recommendations are at the heart of what we do at Secret Bottle Shop.
We completely understand that fine spirits and wines are something many of our customers enjoy occasionally and thoughtfully, quality over quantity is something we champion across our entire range of Port, Gin, and specialist bottles.
Excellent service
I bought a Pol Roger gift set which arrived safe and sound having been carefully packaged. Very happy with my purchase and the service.

Resposta da Secret Bottle Shop
We’ve always wanted it to feel less like a generic retail space and more like somewhere with a bit of character, so it’s great that the “old Hereford” feel came through for you. That atmosphere, along with a team that genuinely enjoys helping people find what they’re after, is a big part of what we’re trying to build.

Brilliant to hear this and thank you for coming back to us for a third order.
It is great to know the personalisation worked so well for you. I am especially pleased Benjamin was able to help you fine tune the layout, those small details really do make a difference when it comes to gifting.
The turnaround you mentioned from Monday evening to Wednesday afternoon is exactly the kind of speed we aim for, particularly with personalised orders where timing often matters.
Really appreciate your continued support and we look forward to helping you with the next one.
Amazing service

Resposta da Secret Bottle Shop
A milestone birthday is exactly the kind of moment where a personalised bottle should feel right, so it is great to know the Spiced Rum arrived on time and looked the part when it was opened.
We put a lot of care into getting the presentation right as well as the engraving itself, so I am glad the packaging and finish all came together as you expected.
Wicked lady!

We try to keep the whole process easy from checkout through to delivery, so it is great to know that came through for you. Glad the packaging gave you confidence everything would arrive safely as well.
We also aim to stay competitive on pricing while keeping a well curated selection, so appreciate you mentioning that, especially being an independent wine merchant.

Really lovely to hear this, thank you Ann.
That turnaround from Monday evening to Wednesday afternoon is exactly what we aim for with personalised gifts, so it is great to know everything moved quickly and the final result felt right once you had spoken with Benjamin about the layout.
Even better to hear this is not your first order and that the previous bottles were so well received by the recipients. That is exactly what we hope for with something like personalised Bollinger, where it is as much about the moment it creates as the bottle itself.
Really appreciate your continued support and we look forward to helping with the next special occasion.

Really good to hear you found that rum here, especially as it is one of those bottles that can be tricky to track down in the UK.
We are glad the price and availability worked in your favour, and that it arrived quickly and well protected. We know how important it is with harder-to-find spirits that everything feels straightforward once you have managed to get hold of them.

Great prices, delivered fast!
Ordered some harder to find Bourbons from these guys, a Stagg Jr and an E.H. Taylor, both were very reasonably priced, delivered very quickly and packaged very safely, couldn't be more pleased.

Really good to hear you managed to get hold of both the Stagg Jr and E.H. Taylor, they are not easy bottles to find over here and it is great to know you felt the pricing was fair.
We are also pleased everything arrived quickly and safely. With more sought after spirits like those, we put a lot of care into the packaging so they reach you in perfect condition.
Great Customer Service
I ordered a gift for my partner’s birthday and when it arrived the box was damaged, I contacted customer service and they sent out a new box next day delivery - can’t fault that really! Will definitely order from them again!

Sorry to hear the original box arrived damaged, but really glad the team could get that sorted quickly for you.
For a birthday gift especially, presentation matters just as much as what’s inside, so I am pleased customer service were able to turn it around with a replacement box on next day delivery.
Appreciate you still giving us another try in the future, and we will make sure your next order arrives in perfect condition from the start.
Great service

Great to know the price worked for you as well and that the whole process from ordering through to delivery felt quick and efficient. We know how satisfying it is when something arrives smoothly after a bit of a hunt.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and we hope we can help you find a few more hard-to-source bottles in the future.
