Horrible customer service
See’s really needs to train their employees on how to treat black men. My money spends the same way as everyone else’s. Not to mention your candy isn’t cheap if I was purchasing for myself I would have just walked out. They made me feel unbelievably uncomfortable! Very rude and unprofessional they couldn’t wait for me to get out of their store. I’ll never go back!

Poor customer service
I was in the Chandler store on Friday and bought St Paddy’s & Easter candy I spent quite a lot almost $200 but that was ok because I like the candy and the assortment. The girls were very busy but they were so nice to everyone and took care of people waiting very efficiently. I didn’t have enough candy so I went today and spent over $200. The cashier was very snippy didn’t say hello, when I tried to engage in conversation she completely ignored me. After she rang everything up and put the receipt in the bag she just left the bag on the counter didn’t say thank or here you go nothing at all. She didn’t even try to smile a bit. Her name was Natalie T. I will make sure when I go again I will never let her ring me up!!

i buy at least a pound and a half of candy a week. I only buy cashew brittle and they have gotten so small. any reason for that?

I cancelled an order an hour after order but thr money was already taken from mt account. I called customer service and was told it would take 5 to 7 business days for the refund. It has been 14 days and still no refund!!!!

Shipping issue that was addressed
I placed an order on 2/4 expecting it for Valentine's day and as of today, 2/20/23, it has yet to ship. See's has provided no notice of delays or any contact at all. To me, this is a complete failure of the company. The only thing they did quickly was take my money.
Update: after getting in touch with customer support, I did have to call them, the company did a great job of fixing the issue. They shipped my order expedited and it's on its way. The customer service person I spoke with was A+.

I have always loved See’s but we purchased a custom box and I was repulsed by a shocking taste of what I can only describe as a chemical vinigar/mint ish/ rancid top layer. So disappointed :( They really are HORRIBLE . Please explain??

Disgusting
I have grown up on Sees Candy. I have never had an issue with their chocolates. I moved to Tennessee from California and continued to have it shipped because it was the best!
Recently they shipped an order that I had not requested but did refund the $41 to my account. However, on Jan 16th they shipped that same order and when I opened it I was so disgusted. All of the candies were old and discolored and hard!
Never again. I am 72 years old and had been enjoying their candy for 50 years. Seems like nowadays quality no longer matters.

I received 5 very tiny boxes of black forest truffle marshmallows chocolate box chocolates the only thing that was true in size was the football. Spent a lot of money on this package which is disappointing. I wish I can return it and get my money back

Ordered twice recently and never got a tracking number for either delivery. The first delivery was damaged and disposed of by UPS. I would have never known until I called customer service which was rude to me. The candy did arrive and was delicious. I placed a second order a week ago and have no idea when it will arrive. Warren Buffet owns this company and this is ok with him??

Too many of the same chocolates
I can’t believe that my Husband paid $40 for a box of your candy that had so many of the same chocolates Almonds with pain or milk chocolates, come on what happen to a mixture of different chocolates? So disappointed, l live in the uk and l asked my husband when he went to the USA 2weeks ago to buy me some at clackamas shopping centre in Portland Oregon, only to find them closed, so he ordered them on line so he didn’t disappoint me. Just wished that l was not so disappointed with them. 2lb box of mostly same sweets. 😭😭😭 UK 🇬🇧

Nuts and chews all on top of each other in shipping. The chocolate is so old it just breaks off. Inside candy very dry, one bite and bite just falls off. The worst in 60 years of yearly purchases.

Ordered the usual couple boxes of See's candies for the holidays and what a disappointment.The flavor is there in the Buttercream both milk and Dark but the chocolate itself is just not that special anymore. The chews were not good at all. We receive chocolate from Sees every year at Easter for sure and Christmas.I grew up on their Buttercream Eggs. Always Quality in the past but something changed with this order. The candy seems smaller. Especially the chews. Anyway, long story short I think were done with See's. Not the quality it used to be in our opinion anyway.
Update: See's read my review and is sending out a replacement immediately. Customer service is fantastic. I hope the first batch I received was just not up to power. We shall see.

Excellent service and Customer Care
We received our 3 lb box of See's Candy which we had ordered for Christmas. But it was damaged during shipping.
The See's Candy customer service department immediately replaced it and delivered it before Christmas!
The next box arrived in time and the chocolates are as delicious as always.
Thank you See's for your excellent service and for taking care of the problem in such an efficient manner.
No bridge mix!
I love sees candies, especially Bridge mix. Went I went to the see‘s candies shop in the Magic Valley Mall in Twin Falls Idaho I was told they were out of bridge mix. I asked if they would have some before Christmas and they said no. They will not be getting any additional bridge mix in. It’s the holiday season. The only time we have a sees candy store in the mall. Bridge mix is popular. Stock your stores appropriately.
If there’s a problem they’ll try to fix it
Original Experience: My initial experience ordering from Sees was disappointing.
After posting here CS Reps reached out to me and seemed genuinely concerned and focused on helping me. I did get an order placed (not for the candy I originally wanted but a decent alternative), the rep informed me about a discount I was previously unaware of so I saved almost $200, and she tried to get me the order by my drop dead date.
So, all in all - although my first couple of interactions were not ideal the customer service since then has been relentlessly focused on fixing my experience. I have to conclude that my initial experience was an anomaly. I was determined to hold a grudge but they’ve won me over. I’m a fan and I’ll be a return customer.

Outstanding classic chocolates!
My recent order shipped the same day and arrived a day ahead of schedule, and wow! the chocolates I selected for the Custom Mix--Milk Chocolate Pecan Buds and Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Patties--were super fresh and delicious--addictively so! Carefully prepared and boxed in a delightful red gift box. I'll be saving up to order again!

Sees Candy charged my account on December 1 but did not ship.
It is now 12/12/2022 and still have not received package.
Tracking has been on "labeled" since Dec 7 when I called.

Sees should not charge until the shipment has been on its way.
If I do not receive package this week I am cancelling.

I paid 57 dollars and picked 7 items. 3 of the 7 items she put in the box was wrong items. Don’t know if she couldn’t read English on there boxes or the person that put the candy in the box could not read English. I was contacted by see customer service and discussed this issue and I want to say sees is an excellent company to deal with. They contacted me right away we discussed the issue and they took care of me right away. They are good to deal with. I have edited this post because of the quick results from sees. Thank you for your excellent service. Your representative was excellent and showed she really cared.

Not a perfect experience, but See's cares about its customers
This is an updated review. After I posted my original review, a See's representative contacted me to resolve my concerns.
I placed an order on the See's website, and it arrived missing an item. I assumed that the item had been mistakenly left out when the order was packed, but when I contacted customer service, the representative I spoke with indicated the item was missing because it was out of stock. While I was disappointed that the item was missing, I was more perplexed that the company would knowingly ship me an order where an item was missing yet do nothing to notify me about the missing item, nor refund me for it until I contacted them. As a customer, it left me with the impression that they would have had no qualms about keeping my money had I not asked for it back, which isn't exactly the type of company I'm excited to patronize.
After I posted my original review, a See's representative reached out to me and provided more detail about what they believed had happened with my order. In the end, it seems this was a packing error and a miscommunication by the service team. I'm taking off one star since the order was missing an item and the original service communication led to unnecessary confusion, but the subsequent responses do make me feel that See's values its customers and wants to make things right when issues happen. I will give them another chance in the future!
