We booked 4 places on a boat trip and…
We booked 4 places on a boat trip and received confirmation from SeeTheWorld only to be contacted by the boat company 20 minutes later to say that only one place was available not 4. The boat company were very helpful and managed to book us on another trip. But not very impressed with SeeTheWorld.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
My parents and I rented a scooter for three days. Scooters in very good condition with the helmets provided. The prices are very interesting, the cheapest in Mallorca. I highly recommend this company. In addition the manager is very friendly and welcoming he was able to connect us at the airport for only 10 euros. Thank you very much-for this great experience.

Pretty mind-boggling customer service.
I requested a trip from SeeTheWorld on a certain date. When the confirmation came back, it was for a different date. Vendor then accused me of requesting the wrong date and although they eventually refunded the money, I was left wishing I had never heard of SeeTheWorld. They then pressured me to edit my negative review here on TrustPilot. So this did not leave me with a good impression of the company. But after my bad experience, I did eventually receive a very thoughtful apology from the CEO of SeeTheWorld for how I was treated. He told me my experience encouraged them to re-work their web site to prevent this type of date confusion from victimizing future customers.

As we mentioned, we're not sure where the confusion has come from but your original request was for 16 Jun 2018. Our platform sends you a confirmation of this, after you submit your booking request. We've sent you a screenshot of this, though you should be able to find the original in your inbox. You may have done some date "searches" on our pages beforehand but we only come back with options that are bookable and you have to select available dates to be able to proceed. We specify the dates several times on screen. The supplier responded to your request for the date you opted for, the 16 Jun 2018.
We're still available to assist you in finding alternatives, if this is possible within your dates.
As ever, we'd be grateful if you could verify the original emails we sent and amend your above review/rating in light of the information we've provided; and that we remain on hand to correspond with you, by return.
