Sent my watch to have capacitor replaced. received an extremely terse reply addressed to "customer" stating that they would only do this if I agreed to a service costing nearly £300. I feel that this should be made clear on their website, as this substantial charge amounts to nearly two weeks of my pension. I realise that I am out of touch with modern business practices but surely politeness and civility still costs nothing.

I bought a Seiko watch last year for my partner, sadly too small , I contacted the seiko customer service and they were extremely helpful. That was in August last year, links were out of stock but I received them in January 2025 ! Really great help and happy I wasn't forgotten.

I bought a new Seiko Solar Chronograph less than a week ago. Due to an old injury, I couldn't quite close the bracelet. The support staff were only too happy to oblige me with a spare link. Fantastic service!!!

Had a Christmas present of a lorus watch, which I hadn't realised the wrist band was a bit tight, sent email to repair section, to which Beverly replied with a kind result.
Then a email from Hazel saying that they were sending 2 links for to lengthin the band, which is very much appreciated. Excellent service.

I recently had my grandfather's 1997 Seiko 5 Automatic Day-date watch repaired by Seiko, and I cannot praise their service enough! From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, care and detail.

A special mention goes to Hazel and Michelle, who went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

Their understanding of the watch's sentimental value was truly heartwarming, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the repair work are exceptional. Replacement glass, loose watch face pieces re-attached, new clasp (inline with original), and full ultrasonic clean with full service.

Thank you, Seiko UK, for treating my treasured timepiece with such care and exceptional customer service from Hazel and the team. I would highly recommend Seiko to anyone needing a new watch!

Last week my seiko arnie was replaced by seiko. No emails. Instead, received a phone call updating me by a friendly member of staff.
Now have my favourite watch back on my wrist

The necessary service was carried out and communication is superb, as they told me I would get an explanation of what was carried out and also a dive certificate,

Michelle was the young lady who helped me sort my problem out. The instruction book I needed was immediately emailed to me here in Spain, even though the watch was over twenty years old. She had the instruction book in PDF form. Absolutely first-class service

Seiko chronograph 200M.
Received my watch back after various repairs and servicing on 5/11/24. If it was not for the serial number on the wristwatch, I would have thought their service dep't had sent me a brand new watch.
To say it was shiny and gleaming is an understatement.
I had several queries re my 200M and their customer service section dealt with all my problems and worries quietly and professionally.
My 200M is now working perfectly and I would highly recommend anyone with a Seiko watch to send it to their Service Dept.
The customer service section are the best customer service I have ever dealt with and are a credit to Seiko. (They also give you a quote for the repair etc. before they begin).
I am 'over the moon' with the service and repairs and
the way I was treated.

Serviced my SARB033 and did a brilliant job. The watch had not had a service in the 8 years since purchase and was gaining +5 minutes per day, this is now down to a variance of around 3-5 seconds which is remarkable and well within advised parameters for this model.
Given the specialist skill level involved I believe the servicing is priced accordingly and as this is a watch I will be keeping for life I see it as money well spent. Communication was excellent throughout and the process carried out promptly in half the advised time (2 weeks as opposed to 4).
I would have no hesitation in recommending Seiko UK and would happily use them again.

Acheté une seiko sport. Une belle montre agréable à porter, un joli disign. Qualité et fonctionnement irréprochable. Juste le bracelet en nylon un peu fragile. Changé pour un métallique.

Great collection of watches. Once you buy from them, you want to keep coming back for more. Great people as well, very professional.

I love my Lorus Sports Lumibrite so much I've bought three of them as presents. I have worn mine for years, it's gone all around the world with me and I've worn it everywhere, from grand dinners to the beach to chainsawing in the woods. It is a classic look and the luminescence is as strong as ever. Seiko UK have always been very friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing has gone wrong with any of the Lumibrites but once every few years they go back for a new battery.

I have used the Seiko Service centre a number of times, but this was the first service of my Grand Seiko spring drive.

As always, the customer service was excellent and my watch was returned quickly and safely.

I wouldn’t use anyone else to service any of my Seiko watches.
