£350 for a service and repair despite only having a simple issue with the bezel, but as it's a nice watch (sbdx017) I wanted it done properly by Seiko.
With a long wait for parts, namely the click spring which is readily available for £15 online (yet seemingly Seiko don't have parts for their own watches...) I got the watch back and within a day it wasn't working again. The bezel started off sticky and stiff then wouldn't turn at all.
I contacted them and was not even given an apology, just 5 days later I was told to post it in and insure it (which I have to pay for?!) and it would take over a month to come back and I may have to pay for the repair.
Having checked, I have bought 28 Seiko and Grand Seiko watches in the last decade.
This feels an absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers and doesn't make me feel valued in the way other brands do, it is also one of the reasons I will no longer buy Seiko or grand Seiko watches.

I have been very impressed by the service I have received. Seiko's website has been designed superbly and everything was done professionally and smoothly and in a simple and straight forward manner throughout.
I bought the watch in Portugal over forty years ago and have never had a problem. It is so nice to have it back on my wrist looking as good as new.
I send my thanks to all concerned and perhaps you might forward this e-mail to the person who actually did the repair so that he/she knows of my gratitude.

I have previously had two Seiko watchs, both excellent both lasted 20+ years. This watch a Seiko automatic is hopeless. The watch looses between 2 and 4 minutes a day, randomly. When returned to Seiko for service and repair I was told ‘the watch is operating within normal parameters’. I have 300 year old clocks in my collection that keep better times. Very disappointing. I would not purchase a further Seiko nor recommend them . After over half a life time as a Seiko fan its very disappointing.

Had my gen 2 orange monster serviced and the second hand repaired unfortunately when I got the watch back it kept stopping. I contacted Seiko service centre and they responded immediately asking me to return the watch. It took a week to get the watch back with a new face and hands fitted. Very satisfied with the customer service given the number of watches they must receive daily. Thankyou.

I bought a second hand Seiko astron limited edition and I had no idea how to set the date and day as it needed recalibrating as previous owner had it tucked away.
I called the branch in London were it was bought from and they kindly passed me the number to the customer service team and I received a call back from Rob who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on how to put this right and stayed on the phone with me until it was sorted. Really fantastic customer service and care, I'm grateful for this, thank you.

I can't thank Seiko enough for their excellent customer service, I had bought a clock from a local jewellers & the pendulum stopped working just before the guarantee ran out, I took the clock back to the retailer only to be told the shop had been sold & their attitude was appalling, they literally sent me away with a broken clock still under guarantee. I wrote to Seiko who asked me to return the clock for them to look at it (by now the guarantee had ran out). I boxed it up & returned it. After a couple of weeks I received an email to say they were sending me a new clock which arrived 2 days later.
Seiko offered a 1st class service with fantastic customer service from start to finish. Their correspondence was on point.
I wouldn't hesitate in buying from Seiko again & would highly recommend them.

I own a “vintage” Seiko pilot chronograph from the mid 90’s which had lived in a drawer for over 20 years as it had stopped working. I tried to resurrect it three years ago but was told by the Seiko dealer locally that parts were no longer available. Later Google searches all led to the same conclusion.
I called Seiko UK a few weeks ago, expecting to be told the same, however having had it for only two weeks, miraculously their watchmaker has managed to not only get it going, but has fully serviced and cleaned it, and given it a year’s warranty. It looks pristine and practically brand new! I couldn’t be more pleased with the high level of customer service, the lovely conversations with the ladies on reception, and the final outcome of having a watch with great sentimental value being restored.

Fantastic service from the whole team. I was cared for and respected through every step when my vintage Seiko was sent in. When Hazel emailed me back to say that they would be very pleased to take a look at the possibility of repair I was over the moon. I’ve worn the watch for almost 30 years and it looked like there was no hope of repair when it started to lose time due to parts not available. Hazel and the team kept in contact through the whole process with updates. They went over and above with fixing the bracelet too. It couldn’t be happier with this team!

I sent my watch to Seiko, asking them to repair the bracelet. Their first response was that the replacement part was no longer available. They offered to supply a leather strap, a proposal which I accepted reluctantly. They then wrote again, saying they had managed to find a part from an ex-display model. I readily accepted the offer and the watch and bracelet were returned to me in sparkling condition.

I have a Seiko divers watch from the 1970s I had the battery changed and reseal by a specialist in the past I lost Day and date function. Seiko service do not normally do vintage watches but said they would do their best, the watch is now fully functional and returned promptly

I received a prompt response to my email request for spare parts the customer service rep advised me to send pictures and detail my watch model number etc.
A return email provided all the info I required and options to obtain the parts.
The customer service team made every effort to resolve my request, they were courteous generous and diligent resolving my request at the earliest opportunity.

From my initial enquirery E/mail to having my watch sent to Japan, for its service and minor repair, this company has excelled in its professionalism and correspondence, if you prize your Seiko watch, which I do, {Sportura Kinetic SLQ 007} this is the only company that I can fully recommend to deal with. Hazel from customer service needs to be sent a gold star { plus everyone else working in the background both here and in Japan } for giving my watch its new lease of life and its continued enjoyment.

Das ist ein fake Shop ich habe mir am 27.8.2025 eine uhr konfiguriert nach nir ein paar stunden kam eine Email das es zu Verzögerung kommt darauf hin habe ich gefragt ob fertige Uhren schneller bei mir eintreffen würden worauf auch geantwortet wurde das sie den Bestand überprüfen das war die letzte antwort die ich bekommen habe auf mehrfaches erfragen keine antworten mehr und keine Reaktionen außerdem wurde der link zu meiner Bestellung stillgelegt so das ich den Status meiner Bestellung nicht nachverfolgen kann.
