From making the initial enquiry I was given an option to make an appointment to discuss needs and products available. This meant that my husband and I were able to set aside some time when it was convenient. The telephone call was received on time and David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Documentation was sent in a timely manner and the whole process has been seamless from the start. All extremely professional and friendly.

I can't thank the Team at Selina Finance enough for helping me arrange a HELOC. It took 4 days to receive the money after the application was agreed. Special thanks to David Spencer who crunched all the numbers, he was so patient and guided me through the process, explaining all the different permutations of the differrnet options and doing his due diligence. All the team are professional, friendly and helpful. The uploading of documents and signatures was done seamlessly online. I've been thinking about it for a year and wish I had done it sooner, I know its a cliche but a huge weight of worry has been lifted from my shoulders and cleared my mind. Huge thanks to them all.

Top tip: prepare your income and outgoings beforehand and have your documents ready when you call. It makes the whole process even quicker and easier.

I found them very pushy, he couldn't even get my finances right , and just kept blaming Experian credit score. He kept on that I needed to borrow more money etc. when I said I was going to think about it first, and talk to my family, he put the phone down on me. Very rude I wouldn't recommend you to any one . Was very unhappy with the service.
