The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Staff are all really friendly and very knowledgeable. At a time when I thought there was nowhere else to turn, these wonderful people didn't judge, just gave good advice and made a dark time much brighter. David and Darcie were simply amazing.

Easy to deal with, friendly professional staff

I approached Selina Finance following an awful experience with a broker beforehand, I was open about the situation and where I was at and Chantelle gave me sound advice and handled my application with sensitivity and compassion. The case managers have been very responsive and Darcie was communicative and professional throughout the process. Selina have been amazing throughout the entire process and I’ve felt very comfortable and most importantly not judged. Selina have saved me from alternate options which I really did not want to consider and I’d recommend them to anyone e considering secured borrowing.

Very quick process for a homeowner loan, which we used for debt consolidation. Initial adviser call was on a Wednesday. Funds in the bank on Monday afternoon. 3 business days from start to finish - very impressive! Friendly adviser named Chantelle recommended a product with a very reasonable rate, which reduces our monthly outgoings significantly. Leanne was case manager, who was also very responsive. The online portal makes it easy to upload documents and the final signatures are electronic - every step seems to have been designed to be very efficient.
Overall an excellent experience.

Would 100% recommend to anybody that’s worried about applying or even going through their figures. I honestly couldn’t recommend the service highly enough. From start to finish, the whole process was handled brilliantly, and a special mention has to go to Andy, who was absolutely fantastic throughout.

Andy made what could have been quite a stressful process feel incredibly straightforward. He was professional, efficient and always made me feel comfortable and reassured. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he kept everything moving along quickly while making sure I understood what was happening at each stage.
