My financial advisor sign posted me to this company for a re-mortgage. The whole experience was effortless and efficient. The money was released quickly once all the documents were signed.

Avoid this company..after a promising initial first phone Call where I was provided with a quote for not a majorly substantial amount ,i was reassured by the agent that all had passed on property Equity and affordability etc and that funds could be available in as little as 8 to 10 days.
Was given the impression this loan was pretty much approved pending issuance of payslips ,I.D etc, spent a considerable amount of time sending in documentation,filling out consolidation details etc only to then receive a very blunt email stating we will not be proceeding amd cannot give reasons for this..they sell uou a drema and drag you along this application process with false hope, a complete and utter waste od my time and not only that have recorded a hard search on my credit file for nothing at all with will now have a negative impact going forward..pointless

Hi, just to let you know I don’t find the call with Chantelle helpful at all. Because I go around and I ended up with a broker Selina made an agreement with a broker they cannot proceed further with my application at present , I need to wait 2 months. She was in a rush after was aware about it, and want close the call , I need stop her and was quite difficult to stop her talking because she was not interested and was not listening , while I was talking . When I said to her the broker didn’t tell me anything about it, she was protecting the broker instead me as future client . She said “ is not something come up in the conversation “ well Chantelle is the first think you need to say, if you are honest . I am really disappointed after I read all the good reviews here .
I spoke with manager and he was good , he explained to me and was sorry about I cannot proceed further at this time.
I changed my one star to five stars following the conversation with Scott.

I refused to speak to him after a while as he made me feel so angry and I needed to calm down

I’ve had a loan with Selina before, the process is so simple, there’s no judgement there and the advisors are all super polite and really helpful. I needed to encorporate my first loan into a larger loan today to pay off some debt, an hour on the phone going through everything thoroughly and it’s all sorted! I would highly recommend!

Everyone of the team were brilliant and it took an unbelievably quick time (7 days) from first phone call to completion and the money arriving in my bank account
