Verkeerde componenten geleverd en verschillende mails met foto's doorgestuurd en doen of ze het niet verstaan.
Helemaal niet behulpzaam

Ordered a UPS. They rang me as it's refurbished, I just said if it's fine then ship, they said it's perfect, they wouldn't ship it if it's not in great condition. Received it, opened the box (which clearly has been opened before) was broken to pieces. Rang, very bad attitude from CS rep, followed poor instructions to send RMA request with pics of the state of it. Got an email pics were not sent, false, seems like they are stalling, replied back with a lot more pics. No answer since. They have my money and I have a piece of crap broken to pieces. What kind of customer service is this? They should've apologized, refunded me and then sort out whatever insurance problem they have with the logistics company, that none of my business (?!). Now I have no money and no UPS. I'm never buying anything from this company ever again! I advise you don't either!

EDIT: have received a refund, that's it absolutely correct, but not the real point here. Getting the refund is the requirement, the way the matter was handled was the problem.

I ordered a 65" tv from Senetic and it said on the site and the confirmation it'd be delivered in 2 days. Unfortunately, this was caused by an error on the site and the actual delivery time was almost a week for tv's this big. After emailing back and forth with the servicedesk the tv was delivered the next day and the information on the site was changed.

People/companies make mistakes, which is perfectly fine. In my opinion, the level of quality is shown by how mistakes are solved. And this was solved perfectly!

Senetic levert VMWare licenties tegen scherpe prijzen. Koop al een aantal jaren met enige regelmaat licenties bij ze en dat bevalt altijd goed.

Ik gebruik Senetic nu al jaren zoals ik dat vind;

- ze hebben een grote verscheidenheid aan voorraad
- hun prijzen zijn altijd zeer concurrerend
- hun geadverteerde voorraadniveaus zijn correct
- u kunt altijd vertrouwen op hun verzending

I've been using Senetic for years now as I find that;

- they have a great variety of stock
- their prices are always very competitive
- their advertised stock levels are accurate
- you can always rely on their shipping

I highly recommend this store. They even managed a super urgent order with next delivery 10 minutes before their closing hours.

Bij Senetic een 27" 4k Dell monitor aangeschaft. Veruit de laagste prijs in de markt. Hij was zelfs goedkoper dan op de vergelijkingssites stond aangegeven.
De monitor was binnen een week bezorgd. Prima geregeld.

Great company. Good and Fast Service and for so far I know the cheapest. Only thing that I miss is a portal where I can add or remove my licenses. If this is present then it will be excellent.

Fantastische service. Een van mijn monitors brak slechts een paar dagen nadat hij was gearriveerd. Hun klantenservice hielp onmiddellijk met het terugsturen en verzenden van een vervanging. Zeer gelukkige klant hier!

Ik heb bij ze besteld. Echter zou mijn product gister geleverd worden. Daar heb ik mijn dag voor vrijgehouden om het pakketje aan te kunnen nemen. Nou blijkt het pakketje überhaupt nog niet verzonden te zijn.

Update:
Ik ben uiteindelijk wel erg goed geholpen, en excuses gekregen. Ik heb uiteindelijk de laptop wel elders gehaald omdat het voor mij haast had.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de service van Senetic.
Ze zijn snel, betrouwbaar, service gericht en ook nog eens de goedkoopste. Een juiste partij voor het beste product

Tweede keer dat ik bij Senetic een bestelling heb geplaast, dit maal voor de verlenging van een Visual Studio licentie en een nieuwe VIsio licentie.
Prima prijsstelling, en snelle reactie.

Goede service, ik had een product gekocht en dit bleek achteraf niet nodig te zijn. Bestelling werd geannuleerd en het bedrag is daarna keurig teruggestort.
