Taking the time to patiently show your mother how everything works, so she feels confident and safe using it, is exactly the standard we want for every install. I was due an istallation around lunch…
I was due an istallation around lunch time but despite tree calls to the office nothing happend until I received a phone call from the engineer at 7pm to say he would be with mein40 minutes.He arrived on time and soon got to work and within an hour and half lift was installed and working.Sean was a great engineer and despite the late time he said he would not leave a customer in the lurch.I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to duty.We had a common interest in Rugby League him being a big wigan supporter.

Buying our stairlift has been very easy.
Stuart the sales rep was friendly & not pushy
We were confident that he understood our needs.
Reece the fitter was pleasant & carried out the fitting in a timely & very tidy way.
Olly came to change the seat colour & was also friendly & left no mess
All in all we are very pleased with the whole thing
And would recommend Senior Stairlifts to anyone

From my initial contact Andy, through Louis and Dan to the installation engineer Jordan, I have only good to say about Senior Stairlifts. Of course each member of the team was professional and courteous, but it would appear that here is a company that really listens to the customer... and gives as much time as it takes to make sure that they understand exactly what the customer needs and wants.

Jordan was efficient, friendly and helpful when he did the technical survey for my stairlift with Senior Stairlifts. He explained everything and I would recommend Jordan to anyone requiring an engineer for technical surveys.

Senior Stairlifts’s staff and services are superb
Dan, engineer was reassuring , kept me informed, treated me with dignity. As a wheelchair user trapped upstairs by broken lift I needed this!
He repaired the chair and I felt totally safe and confident in his abilities.
Katie in the office was empathetic, helpful and efficient
Highly recommend this company and their staff !
