Returning a product
I was stressed because I didn’t realize that I had signed up for a subscription product until the product was ready to ship and by then it was too late. I emailed to have my subscription canceled and Vanessa was more than helpful. She sent detailed instructions on exactly what to do to send the unopened product back. Just when I thought it was a hopeless case, Vanessa came through. You hear stories of poor customer service when trying to make changes to an order or even contact customer support. Vanessa was great. 5 stars!

ANNOYING videos before you can actually check out!!
I have read many positive reviews about this product and really wanted to try it! However, after all the ANNOYING "Just wait, there's more" videos, I was thisclose to just scrapping my order! I felt like I was being held hostage just to get the same deal that is offered on the website. If the product does what it promises, I'll come back and leave a 5-star review!
