Worst Customer service I’ve ever…
Worst Customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered the product and then I got an email stating that my order didn’t go through, I needed to complete my order so I went back in and completed it and then I was charged twice. I immediately emailed them and told them I did not want two orders. I only wanted one order and I was charged twice one at $135 and the other one for $170. They later came back and said it had already been processed and there was nothing they could do about it and I had to wait until I got it and then they would give me return instructions, but I had to pay for the shipping, which is absolute BS. I think this is a scam!!! I think they did it on purpose, you can’t tell me that they couldn’t stop the process of the other order. So I’m sending them both back. I just received both packages today, I don’t want anything to do with this company.

By the time we were made aware, both orders had already been dispatched and could no longer be cancelled at that stage. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Worst customer experience ever!
Worst customer experience ever!! First off, They ignored me for 2 weeks and blocked my email address when I was trying to email them pictures of my unopened products!! They claim to have a 90 day return policy, but it’s really only 30 days AND if you send product back they do not provide a return label, so you have to pay for return shipping. Worst part is I live 20 min away from the return address yet they refuse to accept me dropping it off. So now I have to pay $20 to rerun something I could easily drop off. Their customer service phone number is disconnected and they don’t respond to what messages for weeks! I would never rec anyone to deal with this company and would be very wary of thier customer relations!

The product is awesome. The mirconeedling did not hurt and the serum actually came through the needling to the face. I have used few mirconeedling from other companies only to be disappointed in the needling.

I personally didn't find that it did…
I personally didn't find that it did anything for my skin. I didn't see any plumping. I did use your moisturizer the next day and it was nice moisturizer my face felt moisturized and it seemed to last most of the day. I didn't wear any makeup the next day after treatment. I am wondering why you do the treatments every two weeks. Maybe if it was done once a week it might have done something but I did not see any change.
