Very confused by all the positive reviews, as this company appears to either have folded or is a scam. Placed an order a month ago which was accepted, and I had an order acknowledgment/receipt sent to... Ver mais

Brilliant! The snacking cheese is unreal, absolutely full of flavour, it’s high protein and zero carb if that’s something you look into when you snack, but I personally like that it’s gluten free. Not... Ver mais

Excellent
Well firstly I think the products are brilliant and their "packs" make brilliant xmas gifts and birthday gifts.
I was ordering a couple of packs for XMAS gifts, unfortunately one of the packs ended up with smashed wine bottles. The way the pack had been rewrapped it was clearly the delivery company at fault. I contacted Serious Pig to explain and request a replacement order. I had a response within a couple of hours and I had the replacement order within 48 hours. All they asked was for a couple of photos to assist with their communication with the delivery company.
I clearly had some of the consumables from the original oder and offered to pay an additional amount as I didn't want to "profit" from the situation. They wouldn't accept and we agreed I make a donation to a charity they support. (City Harvest London)
I must stress I have made multiple orders over recent years and this is the first that had a hiccup.
They say the measure of a company is how they respond when things go wrong, well Serious Pig measured up perfectly in my opinion.
