For personalized orders, the design is produced based on the information submitted and previewed during checkout. We also send an order confirmation shortly after the order is placed, followed by shipping updates once the item is dispatched, so customers have a clear record of the personalization and order details.

We always aim to keep the ordering process transparent. If you’re willing to share your order number or contact us with the details of your case, we’d be happy to review the original preview, order confirmation, and support history with you and clarify exactly what happened.

Hi Victoria,

We’re sorry for the confusion and concern.

Our acrylic ornaments come with a protective film on the surface to help prevent scratches and damage during shipping, as we want the item to arrive in the best possible condition. This film should be removed before use.

If the two ornaments are still scratched, cracked, or otherwise damaged after the protective film is removed, please send us your order details and clear photos of the items. We’ll review everything carefully and assist you with the appropriate solution.

To clarify, our packaging is not reused, and our personalized products are made specifically for each order at our manufacturing facility. Each item goes through several production and quality-control stages before being packed and shipped.
