Do not buy anything from this company I ordered a silver mini bar in February 2025. I have emailed so many times. Eventually someone told me this item is discontinued. They said they would refund me but nothing. Bad company. To be truthful I won't give them any stars.

Ordered from this company on 22nd February. Aside from an email order confirmation, I have heard nothing since, despite sending several emails to their only contact method “Contact at Shabby” email address. Messaging on their social media pages elicits an automated response asking you to email them - which they never reply to. This is not a legit company, and I’m now left only with regulatory routes to try and get my money back. Do not shop here!

I have been trying to return a rug since 10th of February. The customer service email address is non responsive and even tried calling, but non of the departments reply. (I have tried all the options on the automated phone)
I am wondering now if this is a legitimate company.
I am awaiting a £161.09 and seriously considering taking legal action. I have even emailed their CEO!

Placed an order online on 13th February for an item that the website said was in stock. The email order confirmation said I would have my order by 17th February. I heard nothing so had to contact them. Was told the item was out of stock and that they had issued a full refund. They should have contacted me! Was told the refund would take seven to ten working days but 10 working days later I still have no refund!

Item not received. They said the third party supplier was out of stock and hadn’t told them. I was promised a full refund on Feb 7, but I am still waiting. Poor customer service, possibly a scam website? I wouldn’t order from them again.

Still waiting on my delivery. I’ve received no email updates and they’ve not responded to my emails

It is a ghost store. Aside from an issue with the delivery address (which I contacted customer service about; I was reassured it was sorted, but it wasn't, and it was delivered to the wrong address), the delivery time was not respected. The order arrived a week late, and regardless of my asking for information, the answer came when the order was delivered.
Completely unreliable. For 4£ more next time, I'll order at Brewers.

I ordered a throw that was in stock online and didn't hear anything from them. I chased them numerous times and finally got a response saying it was not in stock and they would refund me. It has been almost 2 weeks, no refund. I have now emailed them 4 or 5 times and tried to contact them through facebook no response. I have a feeling this company might be a scam - I will try and find a way to report this. How would you report this?

Only 4 stars due to having to wait for wallpaper to be shipped had to contact cust svces.

Ordered two throws on 31 1 25 never received items or any communication tried e mailing never got a reply seems they take your money and do not deliver my advice would be buyer beware of this company.

In order to track parcel I was directed to the Shop App, which I found a hassle to download and then to use and it just said my order was being prepared, until it was delivered. No expected date etc. I tried calling and emailing customer services over a period of 4-5 days with no reply, so I was getting anxious that my wallpaper wasn’t coming. However it arrived within the predicted 8-12 days. So product fine and good price. Tracking and customer services challenged me though

Ordered wallpaper from Shabby on a 2-4 days delivery. It didnt appear. Numerous enquires totally ignored . The only reply I received claimed 'we are waiting for the paper from our suppliers' They are notstockists, they are drop shippers, the item comes direct from Sanderson Design . When the paper was eventually sent it was addressed incorrectly and we had to go and look for it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Appaulling! I still havent received my order despite an email saying it was shipped on 4 Feb. I've emailed the company 3 times and got no response and tried through instagram. I can only assume its a scam website who take your money and dont provide the goods. So disappointing as their website makes the products look good but if you dont have people to back this up it lets the whole company fall down. I also tried a number I found but all the mailboxes are full! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Fast, efficient service.

I ordered two bedside drawers one came on Saturday and the other today Mon ,delivery man was lovely. drawers are very nice but l won,t be using Shabby .co..UK again you can't get hold of them to ask about your orders .

Absolutely appalling. I ordered 3 glass storage jars, a box arrived weeks later containing one jar and it was broken.
None existent communication, AVOID!

Delivery has not showed up. No response to emails. Not sure this is legit
