Very easy to use, sturdy (even in stronger winds) and plenty of room for two. Has extended time at beach and even into early evening.

Cantilever Umbrella
Straight forward to select umbrella size, fabric colour and base connection type. Got a quick response to a query re connection of base plate option directly over top of 30mm thick stone paving . ended up with cross arm base and ballast weights as partner rejected my proposal to bolt the baseplate direct as there is a thick reinforced concrete slab under.

Superb umbrella, good service, slow delivery.
Good, quick website, easy to order, good product and delivery went smoothly. However, delivery did take 10 days - a bit longer than I expected.
However, the umbrella itself is superb. Very, very nicely and strongly made. Excellent fixings and mounting plates. Extremely easy to raise and lower, also easy to put the cover on (even the standard cover is well designed and well made, with a lovely, butter-smooth zip). I am pretty fussy, but I have been impressed by how good it is. To give a full, objective review, I would say that the fabric of the umbrella is slightly thinner than I would hope. We shall have to see how it lasts. I am sure that a thicker fabric would be more expensive as well as heavier, so this is a comment rather than a criticism. Overall I am frankly delighted with the purchase.

The fabric, while it seems thin, is certified UPF50+, which is the highest UV rating available for fabrics in Australia and blocks 98% of UV rays. It is unfortunate that your delivery took longer than you expected though - while we do our best to find reliable couriers that we can trust with our customers' deliveries, shipping large items can still be tricky! We appreciate your patience in that regard and again are so glad that you're happy with your order.

Quality product
It was delivered on time and I am really impressed with the quality of the umbrella.
The only disappointment is that the white fabric of the umbrella has 2 very noticeable stains as we took it out of the box.

Very quick supply of item ordered, which was an outdoor umbrella cover. Item exactly as described and much better quality than the cover supplied with the umbrella at purchase. I made some enquiries on line prior to purchase and Shade Australia provided the exact same cover as retailers at a significantly reduced price. From my experience, highly recommend.t
