Just wanted to let you guys know the claims of “in the family for life” as the ad states and replacement for broken lost glasses are total BS. Early adopter here, 2019. Without customers like us this company wouldnt even be here anymore. They’d have come n gone like a fart in the wind. As an early adopter, What thanks do I get?? Cut off. Recently went to get a replacement pair and was told I wasn’t entitled to another. Sorry. Out of luck. They’ve changed policy since launch and now only offer 2 replacements. So over 5 years I’ve used my 2… that’s one set every 2 years. By no means abuse of the system. In fact, I feel that’s pretty responsible of me. They don’t. Told me to kick rocks. SHADYrays indeed.

They advertised 30% off so the $54 glasses, when added to cart, showed as $37.80
I went to checkout to order and luckily paid attention since the checkout process was charging me the full $54. I notified them of the problem and they just offered a lesser discount of 20% off. An ethical business would not attempt this kind of bait-and-switch tactic.

I have got to say again, as I always tell my friends and family Shady Rays are the best. I am a long term convert from another top of the line sunglasses manufacturer.
Shady Rays has always come through for me. They are my go to set of sunglasses, (I have about 6-7 pair.) Occasionally I use different pair for golf and then casual wearing. Customer support is second to none.

Shady Rays has been exceptional. They're super affordable and my pai is actually really study and never fogs up. I have been super impressed with this company, and their customer service has been incredible and friendly. I can't find a single thing to complain about.

The ordering process what pretty simple, however I don't think it was clear enough that the cost was in USD. Shipping took over 3 weeks, which is disappointing considering other products prlurchase from the same country and others further away arrived much more quickly. The sunglasses themselves are fine. The quality feels cheaper than expected, and the metal details actually look like chrome painted plastic. I was super excited to get these but honestly am little disappointed.

Should be called Sh *tty Rays. You could literally get this quality of sunglasses at a gas station and save yourself $50. Blown away by how poor the quality is. I took them out of the case and the frames are made of the kind of quality of plastic they use for plastic utensils.

Great marketing for a reason - the product is awful.

Sunglasses broke so I reached out to shady rays and they replaced them free of charge!! Maddie and Ashley were amazing. So quick to respond and get things handled for me. We will definitely be lifelong customers!

Mariah, the Brand Ambassador who was assigned to my replacement request, was extremely attentive, prompt, and helpful. The style that I lost was discontinued but she offered me a number of excellent alternatives, and she was also kind and quick with a response. A big reason I keep using Shady Rays is their customer service. Thank You!

Fair price and really cool shades, i got the Talons with the blue color-rush lenses, everything is brighter wearing these ShadyRay shades.

I’ve used Shady Ray products for years now and they continue to be a great product that is also affordable. Every company will have some type of issue whether it be shipping, cost, service, etc. I he difference with Shady Rays is they stand by their product and always support the customer first.

Had issues that were resolved by customer service immediately. I have purchased several glasses from SR and love them. Last purchases were with readers. Well worth it for out door activities.

I have enjoyed my pairs of Shady Rays sunglasses for a while. They fit and wear well. My eyes were dilated for an appointment. I wore my Shady Ray wrap around style to drive home. The UV coating and quality lenses saved me from the bright sun so I could drive home. Saved the day!

I've been searching forever for sunglasses that help see the golf ball in fliught and read greens and have spent way too much money on expensive brands. Shady Rays are the best by far with their Green Wolf line of glasses. I have three pair and they are all great.
They compay als has the absolute best customer service ever...not just for sunglasses. Their communication is amazing and do whatever is necessary to support their customers. I can't recommend them enough. Great product, customer service and pricing.

Shady rays is one of the best companies that I have worked with. They offer replacements on their glasses if something goes wrong and it is an easy process. I recently purchased some glasses that went on further sale after my purchase date and they price matched. I love their customer service and their products! I will continue to be a forever customer with them.

Their sunglasses are great, I wear them all day at work and they are comfortable the entire time. Excellent customer if there ever is an issue. Been wearing Shady Rays for years and I won't buy another brand anymore.

Had an issue with broken sunglasses...that style had been discontinued...husband loved them! Sarah helped us find a great replacement, and took care of everything to get the replacements out. He liked them so much, we have ordered 2 more pair!
