Great website - made ordering shed simple and easy

Have had a shed from this site before, easy site to look around at, chat online was handy, installation last time went excellently. Friendly delivery persons, value for money was reasonable. Product sturdy and well made. Because I have had one before it made sense to go with them again, would recommend them everytime.

Online chat person was very helpful in explaining things! Website fairly easy to navigate too.
Not received shed yet so can't comment further!

Ordering was easy online, the product looks good and I’ve read some good reviews. Hope the delivery and installation go as easy and the quality is as good as I expect.

Trying to find a good quality shed is hard work! It seems all the other shed sites are resellers, and most of them sell their sheds flat pack, so you'd have to build it yourself or pay extra for the full service, so you won't save any money going elsewhere.
I was so lucky to find Shed Sale! They've got skilled craftsmen that made the shed and then another team who came out to fit it yesterday morning. Their office staff kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I was happy with everything. I'm now the proud owner of a proper strong shed!

Online ordering process is good, provides good level of detail on build options so you know what you're buying. Can't speak for quality of goods as only just placed the order but good experience so far...

Online planning is a good option. Difficult to give a review as have only just made the order. Won’t be able to comment properly till shed erected!

I wanted a company to purchase a shed from and come and build it for me as I have moved house recently and have loads of other work needs doing.

The amount of different sizes and models is very impressive and offered me everything I wanted, making the entire process very easy.

I went for a 5x7 with a side door apex - perfect for my spot in the garden.

All in all, quick, easy, plenty of choice and good prices considering floor and fitting are included - normally these are extra.

Shed I picked is everything I was looking for. It arrived as scheduled, customs service very professional. Shed is slightly more expensive then orhers, but I really pleased with the quality of the product.

I rarely leave bad reviews because as a small business owner myself, I am aware of the repercussions they can have; however the issue at stake and the way I have been treated after trying to resolve this with the company have not let me any other option but to make people aware of how they operate & treat customers.

We placed an order back in early May through "ShedSale". The company "apparently" cancelled our order due to stock shortage a week ago before it was due to be delivered (today) after being booked for over 8-9 weeks. And I say "apparently" because I got no phone call or email to this respect, only found out after I called today to enquire about the time of delivery. They "forwarded" me the email they apparently sent last week but there is no date stamp or record indicating this was in fact sent last week. And even if it was, is an absolute disgrace to cancel your order a week before delivery: if you don't have the actual stock of the wood for the shed, don't take the order in the first place.

They don't tell you when you buy that this might be "subject to stock later down the line if we don't have issues with our suppliers", just that it takes them 6 weeks to build your shed, implying they of course have them in stock, just ready to build and deliver. In actual fact, it looks as though they just take orders without real visibility of whether they have the required wood to fulfil the orders.

Best of all, apparently they "now" have this in stock magically so you can buy it from their page (with interestingly enough, a price hike of over £100 with respect to what we paid) but instead of fulfilling customer orders they cancelled and trying to sort out the mess with additional drivers/work men, they just apologise and say to place a new order and wait another 6 - 8 weeks for delivery (but won't guarantee this won't happen again?!?).

I understand supply chain issues can happen but absolutely shocking behavior cancelling an order right when it was meant to be delivered, leaving the customer with no room to find an alternative and unwilling to offer an alternative themselves. Appalling and unprofessional customer service and care, while apologetic, there was absolute no intention to offer an alternative or put things right. The lady on the phone was saying things like "unfortunately we don't have a crystal ball to see if our suppliers will let us down", "we can't do anything else", overall very condescending and rude instead of trying to find a way to help a distressed customer (but I suppose this comes from the overall Company Policy and she's just the messenger). After a lot of enquiring and pushing on my side, she checked what woods they now had on stock (with one of them being the exact one we had ordered), and here is where the "solution" of placing a brand new order with a new date of 6-8 weeks an a price hike of £100 came from. Clearly they could have chosen to go over the list of customers they cancelled and fulfilled their orders if they were bothered in the slightest about their customers, bringing additional workers to help with the backlog but the company will not take responsibility of their actions.

We now have some building work commencing in 3 days and are completely stuck as to what to do with all of our belongings which were meant to go in the Shed today. And of course, not a chance in the world of us now trying to secure an alternative supplier with such short notice.

Brilliant service from the point of order to build. Fitted today by two men. Approx in 50min. Shed is good quality, well made, well fitted. Payment after installation superb. I would recommend Shed Sale.

Customer service were very helpful when ordering and answered every email promptly. We are very happy with quality of shed and worth every penny. Lads josh & reece knows their job.

10x10 Tanalised security shed gives plenty room for my bicycles. Tanalised option is maintenance free. Can't ask for more.
