Avoid this company like the plauge there a bunch of con artists i bought a shed from them and sent all the measurements for access as I would have been liable if it did not fit when the shed arrived 8weeks later it didn't fit as they forgot to cut it to size so they have left me with half a shed dumped in my garden and told me the other half will arrive in 2 weeks time after they left I told them I didn't want the shed and wanted a refund but was told it would cost me £175 for them to collect and another 2 weeks what an absolute joke and as for the shed it's poor quality the boards are split on sides and the beast floor they claim is amazing is just 4inch fence boards screwed to 2x2 rails you can see the ground underneath honestly avoid this company at all costs... edited response to sellers response therest of the shed arrived and I was still not happy with it the door didn't line up and the front was cut into to sections and when put together wasn't straight and when I asked for a refund which I was entitled to I was told that they would have to take the shed away and if I objected they would ring the POLICE omg hence why the price was dropped a further £50 to fix the problems myself and honestly I'm lost for words how these cowboys have the nerve to make it out to be my fault and I would give it serious thought before buying a shed from this company

Thank you for your review. This assists in being able to understand to how best improve our products and service for the future.
Your Shed was ordered and the first protocol is for our customer service team to send a parking and access email, in an attempt to understand all access restrictions prior to delivery and fitting. Your access details were confirmed, however unfortunately, on the day of delivery and fitting, the 2 gable panels still proved too large to fit through to the base point. To ensure you had a product that is of great quality and fit for purpose, we needed to bring these two panels back to our base in the West Midlands to be produced into smaller sections professionally by our production team. Normally, this would incur an additional charge of £60 per panel, however as a good will gesture, this service was offered free of charge.
Producing panels into a smaller section is extremely common as access at different properties can proved very restricted. It does not affect the overall strong quality of the Shed and you are still liable for full warranty. This was explained by our customer service team.
As a deposit had been paid prior to our arrival, the rest of the product was left at your property to await 1 week later for our fitters to return and install the Shed with the cut down panels needed. At this time, our current lead time across the UK was 10-12 weeks and therefore our logistics team took the necessary steps to ensure you did not have to wait this additional length of time.
24 hours after this, it was confirmed that you no longer wanted the Shed and requested a full refund. In line with our Company Terms and Conditions which you accepted when placing your order, we clarified that we would be more than happy to offer a full refund, as long as the product was returned back to our premises. We offered for you to arrange a courier independently, or otherwise we would return and collect it for you for a considerable fee. Both options were denied.
It was once again confirmed that you would continue with the purchase of the product and as a goodwill gesture we offered to add onto your Shed, tanalised bearers and a shelf, worth over £100, free of charge. £150 was also taken off of the final balance for the inconvenience with having to await 1 further week to have your Shed installed.
All of our Sheds come with a 20mm thick pressure treated floor, inclusive of a 10 year anti rot warranty guarantee. Our floor boards are our most heavy duty timber and produced in a way that they can withstand off of your heavy duty items and activities.
We apologise again, for any inconvenience caused and are sorry that neither the compensation offered and the solutions put into place to defuse the issue with your access still proved unsatisfactory.
We thank you sincerely as situations like this give solid experienced for the new starters within our business in understanding and learning how to deal with unexpected and difficult scenarios.

Brilliant Bar
We had a barshed, from Shedsale, brilliant service from start to finish, from the original order, the design was tweeked for us as we wanted it the other way round this was no problem and a design sent through to show how it was to be built. Good communication over delivery. Callum and Cameron turned up early one morning and erected it for us. Lovely young lads credit to the company who done a very professional job, they were so engrossed in their work they forgot to drink the coffee my wife made for them, but this was because they just got on with the job. First class, for everything. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a new shed on line
Ordered a new shed on line. The process was excellent in every way. The sales team were knowledgeable and polite. They sent me a plan drawing of configured shed to consider before confirming order.
The two guys Arron and Keith who erected the shed were very professional and efficient too.
I liked the fact I didn't pay anything until the shed was built and positioned in the garden, I got the opportunity to inspect the shed and work before recieving a phone call and paid by transfer, a very reassuring process.
Overall excellent service throughout and shed is superb quality.

Had a shed delivered and installed today. The service was brilliant from start to finish. Only had to wait about 6 weeks and they kept me updated with a delivery date and time. It only took about an hour to install.

Bit disappointed
The men were delayed by a couple of hours due to the
lorry breaking down. I telephoned the office to see why they hadn't yet arrived, and I felt that THEY SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME before that.
When they did arrive the men were cheerful and efficient. The shed itself appeared correct and it was put up with speed. After the men had left, and giving the shed a more critical look, I found that where they had screwed from the inside on the left rear of the shed, the screw had actually pushed the trim away from the main body. Rather disappointed with that.

Unfortunately things like this do happen every now and then and are completely out of our hands. We do however appreciate your patience and cooperation. Due to COVID we have been working with a limited amount of staff in what has been a very busy season, so our communication timing proved slightly longer than usual.

The product is robust - and in addition, it looks the part. GB-01 Garden Bar - fantastic !
We were interested in the GB-01 Garden Bar, and, the help and advice I got from the Shedsale staff was absolutely fantastic. They couldn’t do enough to help and we ordered the bar but with a different size, extra shelving, and some extra cladding They kept me updated throughout the process and up to the delivery date. On the day of delivery the delivery team even rang to say they were running a little late due to traffic ! The guys who came to delivery and install - Cameron and Callum - were brilliant and did a fantastic job, were really cheerful, polite and helpful. They left everything clean and tidy and were obviously very proud of their product - a credit to your company. And, so they should be, the standard of the bar is excellent and we will hopefully have many hours relaxing in there in the years to come. Would highly recommend Shedsale.
