I enjoy getting out and completing the wide range of tasks across the area.

Recently, however, I’ve found that some of the job templates don’t flow well. In several cases, questions are duplicated and certain steps feel unnecessary—for example, the new M&S convenience CSL. At times, the task briefs are not clear enough, which can cause confusion during jobs.

It would also be helpful if Letters of Authority were provided with each task, as there have been occasions where I’ve been challenged and asked to leave stores.

Additionally, when tasks are rejected or marked as failed, it sometimes feels as though the support team is unwilling to listen. This can result in unpaid fees, leaving me out of pocket, especially for tasks that require travel and parking costs.

I love doing mystery shopping assignments and booking them is so easy. Getting notified of jobs nearby makes things even easier. The team are responsive and helpful.

I’m new to this, but Shepper is one app where all the instructions are clearly explained in the Resources section. This makes it much easier for new Shepper like me to avoid mistakes and complete tasks correctly.

The only drawback I’ve noticed so far is that you can’t start another task until you finish the one you’re working on. This works well for store-based tasks that can be completed quickly, but it can be a bit tricky when a task involves a series of steps or takes longer to complete.

It’s very good to make some more money per week!

I came across Shepper by chance whilst looking online for ways to make some extra cash. I have now been a Shepper mystery shopper for more than a year. Money is earned by completing jobs which are made of a set of tasks. The jobs are accessed through the Shepper app and if you get stuck you can ask for help. I have really enjoyed my time so far as a Shepper mystery shopper.

I came across this Mystery Shopping App by chance and have been completing jobs quite regularly.
The App is extremely easy to use and you can pick your own jobs to do. You don't have to wait to be approved for them.
There is always a prompt response from one of the Shepper team members if needed.
Payment is instant after completing the job and easy to withdraw.
I would highly recommend Shepper to anyone who is looking to make a few extra £'s.

Shepper is a great way of making a little extra money. The tasks are simple and are paid well. The team are fab when you need to speak with them. I always have options of local tasks when I have a quiet week and always manage to fit something in to keep me busy.
