I ordered during a sale and received my order only to find missing items and an invoice with those items crossed out and a note saying “out of stock.” So this shop lets you buy stuff that’s not in stock and doesn’t amend your order or reach out to let you know, give your money back, or offer alternatives. It’s up to you to chase them up for a refund.
After chasing them for a refund and being told lies about when it would be processed for almost two weeks, I came here and saw the reviews. Understanding that I have been scammed, I reached out to give them one last chance and ended up having to open a chargeback.
13 hours after submitting a chargeback only then did they process my refund and I received a new shipping email adjusted to show the products that were actually in stock that I received (what should have been done in the first place, along with the refund!). The refund was pending in my account for days and never actually arrived, only for it to be cancelled 10 days later! So I still haven’t received a refund about a month after I placed my initial order for items that were apparently not there to begin with.
The cherry on top is that we have 700+ cards sleeves we can’t use due to poor quality and size. The playmats are terrible too - they look awful. (If you want to risk shopping here, at the very least, DON’T buy foil playmats).
I can’t say in good faith that this shop isn’t a scam. The way they cling on to your money, lie about refunds and items in stock, and ultimately cancel the refunds they “process” is problematic af. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere, this place is not worth it and the quality of items is terrible to boot.

I'm giving this store two stars because while the initial ordering process was fine, their return policy is completely unreasonable for international EU customers.
When I realized I needed to return my order, I was shocked to find out that they do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Since their warehouse is in Belgium, I had to look into paying for international EU shipping myself. When I checked the rates, the cost to ship the package back to Belgium was literally more than the item was worth.
I ended up just keeping the unwanted item because paying for the return shipping would have meant losing even more money. It makes absolutely zero financial sense.
In this day and age, an e-commerce store operating across Europe should have better logistics in place, or at the very least clearly warn buyers about astronomical return costs. If you aren't 100% sure you are going to keep what you order, I highly recommend shopping somewhere else.
Late, Damaged, and Ghosted.
I received my items not only weeks late. When I got them the 12pocket binder I order was shoved in the package, which was way to small. This made a bend in the binder in the 3rd pocket making it unusable. I contacted them and they offer me a refund on Feb19th. It is now March 12th and the refund has been pending in my account since yesterday. After they agreed to the refund. They ghosted me. I asked for updates and nothing. The level of customer service for such a prominent company is absolutely abysmal.
The worst
The worst. Literally the worst customer service ever. Not helpful at all, if there’s an issue they just disappear and leave you frustrated and incapable of doing anything

I purchased two cases, and both were delivered faulty. The fix should be easy enough and I was happy to work with them so that it was resolved.
They initially responded and requested images even though they had already been sent. Since this email, complete silence. They are failing to respond to any messages.
It’s now time to instigate a chargeback.
Avoid this company, you have been warned.
Order Never Arrived — No Support, No Response
I placed an order with Ultra Pro for around USD $600 at the end of September. The order was shipped a week later, but it never arrived. I reached out multiple times asking for assistance, yet the only response I kept getting was to wait. Now we’re in mid-December, and I still haven’t received my order or any real solution.
What’s even more disappointing is the level of disinterest shown — communication has progressively declined to the point where they no longer respond at all. For a purchase of this value, I expected far better customer support and responsibility. I hope they can resolve this situation soon and improve the way they handle issues like mine.
Faulty product and zero accountability.
I bought a folding dice tray that i eagerly awaited since its announcement. upon the release i bought and got the item shipped to my adress, with overseas international shipping fees that far exceeded the original price tricefold untop of the toll fees that followed. To my dismay the product looked nothing like advertised, the colourations were all wrong and did not match with the dice i had also bought in anticipation for this product, what was advertised was purple and black and what i got was blue and grey, aside this esthetical issue the folsing mechanism of magnets that ensured that the dice tray could be folded both outward and inward (depending on wich art you wanted as your "tray") did not work, the magnets did not work on either side of the tray!! The entire function and indeed use of the folding dice tray was obsolete, and i rushed to contact ultra pro customer service with photo and video evidence of this and immediately got a reply to post pictures of the production code wich i happily sent. Now this is where the contact to ultra pro ended, since i continued to recieve offers from their marketing department but their customer service department went silent as the grave. I continued to mail and request answers, or atleast accknowkedgement that they were looking into the issue if the entire batch was misprinted with faulty magnets. But nothing as weeks passed and turned into months. I have since stoped mailing but am now seeking legal action against this frauldulent company. Avoid them like the plague, like others have stated before me, their cusomer service just stops replying..
Bought card cases for my collectibles…
Bought card cases for my collectibles and two were defective. Emailed UltraPro customer service and they asked for pictures. After the initial request, they have gone radio silent. Very poor support when resolving quality issues. Buyer beware!
The "Not so Pro" Fit sleeves
On August 7, 2025, I ordered 20 packs of 100 PRO-fit side load small deck inner sleeves. Today, I finally got around to sleeving some of my Yu-Gi-Oh! cards… and by the third pack I opened, the sleeves were already too tight to fit my cards properly. Result: damaged cards because of a crappy product. Avoid their products if you want to keep your cards in good condition!
Awful Customer Service and 2+weeks To Ship Single In-Stock Item
We ordered a game for a party weeks in advance. Our order did not ship on time as stated in their shipping policy and arrived After the party had already passed. When we contacted them to cancel the order almost 2 weeks later, they said they had just created a shipping label and could not cancel the order, but we were welcome to return the item and pay the return shipping cost ourselves and they would also take a percentage of our refund as a restocking fee. We will never order from such a company again!
Very bad
I’ve placed two separate orders on this website, weeks apart, and both were cancelled due to items being “out of stock.” It’s incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a major international brand to allow customers to purchase products that clearly aren’t available. There was no indication at checkout that the items were low in stock, and I received no alternative solution or compensation—just a cancellation notice each time.
This kind of inventory mismanagement and poor customer experience makes me think twice about ordering from this brand again. I expected much better.
Takes Forever
Takes forever to ship. I placed an order on the website almost 2 weeks ago, and UPS has still not received the package. CS has been unhelpful. Just order off Amazon.

Did not receive major items in my order
I ordered some "Diamond Corner Boxes" (2 packs of 10) along with some toploaders and penny sleeves. About 2.5 weeks later, I received the penny sleeves and top loaders along with a D&D playmat, but no Diamond Corner Boxes. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send them images of the shipping label, box, and items. I did that immediately, then got a response saying that they will resolve the issue soon. It's been 7 days since then and I haven't heard from anyone at the company... about a month since I placed the order. I don't know why they can't just refund me or ship out the items ASAP. I can't think of another company that's taken this long to solve an issue and have a feeling they're going to rip me off and not refund the shipping as well. I only ordered the penny sleeves and toploaders because I paid $8 for shipping, and I wouldn't have bought the other stuff... Terrible customer service, and I really can't believe this hasn't been resolved.

This app is a scam. Non of what they promise is true. I signed up, added a little fund, but could not get access to the fund. They say you must do stacking to be able to do KYC. I added 3 USDT (the minimum they require) but could not access it. Their support is always NOT working.
