Great service and happy with purchase my only niggle not to give a 5 star was my delivery was in the afternoon as I had a phone call the day before but then turned up at 08.50 luckily I was home.

My mam is 73 sofa arrived & is not suitable & causing her a lot of back pain as it’s hard & uncomfortable.
No response from customer service by phone or email.
Now seeking legal advise.

Customer service was great ordered a corner suite and was delivered in less than a week, driver was an absolute sweet heart so kind lovely to talk to did all the heavy lifting couldn't fault them at all very happy 😀

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Ordered sofa, delivered the next day, paid extra for assembly, well worth it. Left me satisfied, rubbish taken away, can’t fault them. And the sofa itself absolutely amazing, so happy.

Very friendly staff, helpful on the phone. I bought a sofa based off reviews from the site as I couldn't get to try it beforehand, and was very impressed. Delivery was fast, ordered on a Tuesday and delivered on a Friday. The delivery driver was so friendly and assembled the sofa quickly and without fuss. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delighted with my new Settee & Chair, love the colour, the comfort, the quality and the price, it all exceeded my expectations which were made all the more enjoyable by having my order delivered by AK & MANI two of the most pleasant, polite and helpful young men you could wish to meet, they assembled the furniture and went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving.

Really well packed I paid for the assembly and the delivery guys were fabulous called me to let me know they were an hour away and arrived and bought them in and assembled them with no problems quick and easy as I said brilliant service and quality

FYI - 3 piece sofa arrives boxed - to be built
My only complaint, as a duty of care to the health and safety of the very friendly and helpful delivery driver, is that despite having a small roll trolley to bring the boxes to the door, I frankly think it's shocking that the company expects only one person to bring the sofas into the house on his own (when boxes weigh 70-80kgs). No amount of manual handling training makes that acceptable. I recommend you look after your team members better.
I was not expecting it to come boxed as a build required, perhaps I missed that on the description??? The sofa is great and the build wasn't too complex.
I received the 3 piece brown leather sofa today. Took just over one month to arrive from date of order on 25th June.
