Top company

The communication is fantastic! I wasn’t expecting it and so far over the top and extremely helpful.

The only quirk is receiving my package is somewhat complicated. The 2nd attempt was supposed to be on the 16th and that didn’t happen now delivery sb today so we’ll see.

Renee was great. She offered additional information and product. She was very helpful..caring..and offered to want feedback on when my products arrived..and how I was once being on them after a certain amount of time of taking them

I just ordered my berberine drops and am super excited to start trying them!

Excellent communication. Within minutes

I received a personal message and was given the opportunity to ask questions about the products and dosing. The customer service representative has been very helpful and willing to converse with me about the products through multiple messages! I really appreciate the personal support!!

She is trying to resolve the issue of not receiving my order. We’ll see.

I cancelled my subscription and I’ve just had an e-mail to say on order is on its way.I didn’t ask for it.Why can’t they follow instructions.😡😡😡

Tried this for glucose stabilization for my PCOS. Now I’m 3 months in and ordering more. I was skeptical at first, but it has been great for energy balance too so I def plan on continuing. Great product and great customer service!

I emailed regarding my query and it was delay with in a timely manner, great customer service

accidentally ordered, company was able to cancel and refund order

It's easy to get package delivered,to a degree I think. The problem is the delivery process. We can pay for a sooner delivery if it can be offered.
