Ordered a ring on Saturday 9th May with a 2-3 working day delivery. It is now the 19th of May and I still don’t have my ring so I’m not too sure what you want me to review?

Bracelet is too short and very thin. It doesn’t look as nice as the picture. I’m returning it.

The ring I've purchased was small on my finger.
I have contacted Sif Jakobs and they've instructed how I could send it back and sent the replacement really quickly.

My order was selected to be delivered to my house - the courier you have chosen decided not to do this which has led me on a wild goose chase and i still don’t have the item I purchased - I ordered this for a home delivery for a reason - I’ll try the shop it’s been dropped off at tomorrow for a 4th time to see if I can get my item - it’s been an absolute joke to try and get something that I’ve bought

Good information and images on the site. The earrings are exactly as described, I love the quality and they have a decent fastening for hoops. I have trouble finding the tiny ones I like and these are just right. Good parcel tracking updates, recyclable cardboard packaging.

We purchased what were advertised as MEDIO sized earrings but have received what in our opinion are the smallest of the small. We are totally disappointed.

My gift was well wrapped and arrived safely in a few days direct from Denmark. I was able to track it across Europe. Buying direct meant my item was cheaper than on the UK high street due to a January sale. I am a very satisfied customer.
