Excellent kitchen company
We are over the moon with our new kitchen from Sigma 3 Kitchens and would highly recommend them as a company for anyone looking to buy a kitchen. From the very start of the process, when Tracey in the Esher showroom showed us round the different kitchens, we were impressed with the quality of their products and the excellent service. We then spent almost 6 months with our designated kitchen designer, Alex who patiently helped us create our perfect kitchen, amending the design till we were 100% happy. He was full of great ideas and advice and helpful throughout the entire project, from the very start to the very end. Steve, our installation manager, then oversaw the installation of the kitchen. He was always patient and communicative, helping to solve any issues that arose during the process. Ingus, our kitchen fitter was an excellent carpenter, he knew the product well and fitted our kitchen with precision and care. We are extremely satisfied with Sigma 3 Kitchens and we are very pleased we chose them to design and fit our beautiful, new kitchen. Thank you for the excellent service we received.

First class kitchens
From the moment I walked into the Sigma 3 shop in Abergavenny, I knew this was the place I wanted to purchase my kitchen from. The quality exceeded everything else I'd seen and the service and welcome from staff was genuine and warm. I also felt strongly that by purchasing from Sigma 3, I was helping to support a local company and workforce.
Barbora's knowledge and expertise in kitchen design is second to none. Her flair and vision really shone through, and soon she had designed the perfect kitchen for us.
The prep team was amazing. Jason, in particular, ensured everything ran smoothly. Jamie, our fitter, did a superb job, as did Craig with our flooring and tiling. Everyone was professional and took pride in their work and as a result I have a fantastic kitchen that will give me pleasure for many years to come.
A huge thank you to the whole team. Sigma 3 is a first class company and I can't praise them highly enough.

From our first consultation to project completion, everyone involved went above and beyond to make our vision of the kitchen a reality.
Joseph took our ideas and list of must haves, and turned them into a design to fit our space. I never felt hurried when choosing colours, fittings, worktops etc. The kitchen prep and fitting team were first rate.

I love my kitchen
I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen. The whole process, from the initial design to the final fitting, was such a positive experience.
A special mention has to go to Melina, my designer who was absolutely amazing throughout. We went back and forth so many times, working through all the finer details. Melina was so patient, helpful and attentive, making sure everything was just right and that my ideas came to life.

Amazing service
Eleanor and Tony were great. From design to finish with advice and support . Kitchen looks amazing excellent quality. Would recommend. Had several kitchens designed from various places sigma was the most expensive but worth every penny.

Pleasant to do business with throughout
After visiting numerous kitchen sales showrooms, from the cheaper to the very high-end, we finally settled on Sigma 3 at Culverhouse Cross. Why?
• The kitchen designer who actually listened attentively to our requirements.
• The quality of the furniture.
• The price.
• The preparation, by a firm chosen by Sigma 3, was achieved by tradesmen who knew their job and conducted in a friendly and helpful manner, was very much appreciated, especially as replacing a 45 year old kitchen was a huge upheaval.
• The kitchen fitter, again chosen by Sigma 3, was a perfectionist and very professional.
With a couple of teething problems now sorted out, we are very pleased with our new kitchen and glad that we settled on Sigma 3 who undertook the project in a professional way and were pleasant to do business with throughout.

Dealing with Sigma 3 was a pleasure…
Dealing with Sigma 3 was a pleasure from start to finish, after our initial online enquiry we were contacted and made an appointment to visit their showroom. Every visit to the showroom was always relaxed, and a good experience. The staff were polite, offered refreshments, were knowledgeable about the products and always happy to see us and answer our questions. Nothing was too much trouble, even if we did change our minds on some of our decisions a couple of times! The design consultant listened to our brief and came up with a design which we liked, she was able to make suggestions on certain items using her expertise, for things we didn't even know existed, like the deep drawers that hold up to 70kg, perfect for storing kitchen gadgets! Cupboards for bins, and a Blanco tap with concealed pull-out, extendable spray head for extra reach around the sink and a combi oven which is also a microwave and air-fryer! We also ordered items for our utility/boot room and had a drying cupboard custom built. We're very happy with our new kitchen and the quality is outstanding. Communication was great with all the departments we dealt with from delivery driver to designer and everyone in between. We would recommend Sigma 3 to friends and family.

Fantastic kitchen from Sigma3
We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Sigma 3. From the initial design with Ryan at Culverhouse cross through to the final installation with Peter (who is a perfectionist), the whole experience was excellent.
The design process was professional and really well thought through, with great attention to detail and plenty of helpful advice along the way. The finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations — it looks fantastic, feels really high quality and works perfectly for how we use the space.
The quality of the cabinetry and finishes is excellent, and the installation was carried out to a very high standard. Everything feels solid, well made and beautifully finished. We can definitely tell the difference from our kitchen to some other companies!
We couldn't be happier with the end result and would definitely recommend Sigma 3 to anyone considering a new kitchen. A fantastic job from start to finish!

Excellent service and quality
So pleased to have purchased our kitchen from Sigma3. The showroom is beautiful and so much selection, we met Negar who we worked with to complete the design. She listened to our needs/wish list for the design, very professional and excellent designer. Louise the installation manager was also very helpful and professional throughout. A friend had recommended Sigma 3 and Phil to us after having such a great experience, so we didn’t look anywhere else, which turned out to be the best decision. Phil at Sigma 3 designed the most beautiful kitchen for us. We were very specific about the style we wanted, and he completely understood our vision - we couldn’t be happier with the result. The customer service throughout has been excellent, and it’s clear that the company genuinely cares about its customers. The kitchen fitter they recommended said the installation would take three weeks, and it took exactly three weeks. Overall, we couldn’t recommend Sigma 3, Phil and Ralph (after sales) highly enough and are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Sigma 3 at…
I would highly recommend Sigma 3 at Culverhouse Cross. From the very beginning, I had a great experience with Joe, the designer. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance, even when I changed my mind about a couple of things!
I was particularly impressed with Andrew Cawley, Sigma 3’s kitchen fitter. His attention to detail was superb, and the standard of his work was excellent. Andrew also carried out some additional building work for me, which he did to a very high standard.
Andrew’s team were also fantastic — very helpful, polite and hardworking. They clearly take pride in what they do, and this really showed in the finished result.
I’m absolutely delighted with my kitchen and all the work that was carried out. I would definitely use Andrew again for any other changes or improvements I make to my home, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to anyone considering a new kitchen or other home improvements.

Fantastic overall service, highly recommended!
We had used Sigma 3 on a previous, new kitchen, so we already knew what great service they provide.
They certainly didn't disappoint this time either! Their designer, Philip Rose, was incredibly helpful and supportive from the start, and suggested ideas that we just wouldn't have though of ourselves. He certainly has a talent for kitchen design!
When it came to the fitting process, it went without an issue, and the fitter was incredibly friendly and approachable.
Overall, Sigma made what can be quite an overwhelming experience / project, very easy and also enjoyable. We couldn't be happier with our knew kitchen. We would highly recommend their services to anyone considering on a new kitchen!
