Good service and product.

They were exactly as described..and are now beautifully in place and being enjoyed to the full.

The sundial is lovely, just right for our garden. Delivery took several days longer than expected, so it arrived after the birthday for which it was a present. The recipient is very pleased with it, now that it's here! It would have been helpful to know that it arrives in several pieces, rather than a whole.

I had to cancel my order due to logistics, Sean was very understanding and agreed to a full refund immediately which I received 3 days later.
A very professional outfit putting customers first.

Easy to do business with. Excellent product

The quality of all the parts is superb so I am really pleased with Balustrading,
I'm not happy though with the delivery as I asked them to hold onto the order until I needed it and they agreed but they just sent it out anyway.
This is the company I'm complaining about not the courier.

Liked the product and was able to speak to a person - Sean - who was very helpful.

Very easy to deal with this company, especially Shaun who was very helpful and kept me updated on the delivery. Keep up the good work.

Helpful staff on the telephone, thank you.

Product great, delivery leaves a little to be desired

They used an incompetent transport company.

Be patient- I think my order was made for me. Took a few days but arrived no problem and well packaged

Easy to order and arrange delivery and a quality product.

Lovely items at the best prices. I have been a regular customer and have been very pleased with all the purchases.

Excellent customer service

Received our statue today, a little later than expected but partly because we couldn’t take delivery on an earlier day. The statue is perfect and well packed, delivery guy was excellent cannot fault product service or delivery. And thank you for your extra gift much appreciated.

Great communication, fantastic product - delighted.

Great product at a good price.
I was worried (unnecessarily) about delivery and the staff could not have been more helpful.
Fantastic service and product!

Sundial arrived on time and with a couple of extra stepping stones
Which was very much appreciated
