PA scheme for British GP
Me and my wife purchased 2 tickets for the British GP 2026 and applied for the PA scheme due to me having disabilities. We sent across the proof with the completed form on Friday afternoon and received a reply Monday morning confirming we have been approved and the refund for my wife’s ticket has been processed. We couldn’t believe on how fast they sorted it and can’t thank them enough for such good service

I purchased 2 tickets for F1 British Grand Prix 2026 3 day weekend for my son who is autistic and needs a personal assistant with him i applied for the PA to get a carer in for free you need to buy the tickets first then send in your details and proof you need an assistant and you get a refund for the assistants tickets I did this at 1am 2nd Feb and I received an email at 11:30am with confirmation that we will be refunded for the ticket for our carer,
Absolutely the best service I've every received..

Applied for the carers ticket for the…
Applied for the carers ticket for the 2026 F1 , my son in law purchased 7 tickets and glamping for all 7 of us .
Unfortunately he put the wrong name in the carers section and has been rejected by Silverstone .
He then re applied with the correct name on the form , only to be rejected again .
We have sent 3 emails in to resolve the issue, only to be told once the original application was sent it can’t be a mended. I find this hard to comprehend, we send people to space and back ! But cant amend a genuine mistake on a computer.
I know it is not a given right for a carers ticket , but leaves a poor experience so far

Overall a good customer service experience.
I needed to change the date for my booking and although initially was told it couldn’t be moved, Eryn did so as a gesture of good will which was much appreciated. Communication was quick so my issue was resolved in no time. Looking forward to the experience!

Would have been 5 but it took so long to get tickets exchanged, this was down to the person I was dealing with being off and nobody picked up my enquiry. I stuck with the emails and got my tickets exchanged promptly, which I am delighted about

Trying to book a session was virtually impossible and then they wanted an addition £65 in addition to the £199 because it was prime WITHOUT telling us on the booking page
Their web site is enough to drive you mad.
Pity we paid for a session with them instead of Truxton.
If you want a positive experience, go elsewhere.

Responded within 48 hours about PA tickets and responded so quickly and were so helpful about parking. Polite too. Couldn't ask for more. This is for Grand Prix, they were the same last year for the festival.

I made an error when purso helpfulchasing…
I made an error when purchasing campsite tickets for my daughter and I to go to the grand prix, when I reached out to Silverstone they were unbelievably good.
Nicky emailed me reassuring me that she would fix things and true to her word she phoned at arranged time.
My daughter and I are now off to the GP and cannot wait !
NICKY, you are a diamond and Silverstone are very lucky to have you, thanks so much.

Excellent Customer Service
Emailed to make some changes to our seating in the Grandstands for the Grand Prix. . Very efficient and polite replies and advised I would be called . The call came from Val as had been stated . Had excellent run down of options outlined in some detail without rushing.which was then actioned immediately and exactly what we wanted . Silverstone is a premium venue and has an excellent premium service to go along with this.

Very poor customer service following an…
Very poor customer service following an horrendous and very dangerous lap of lights. A car was behaving very erratically and dangerously on the circuit swerving in between lanes and going in the opposite direction at one point. The security were aware but did nothing. I complained to customer services as my 91 year old Dad and 18 year old daughter were very shook up. Cust services denied it happened and after I sent them dashcam footage they admitted it happened. I even pointed out that the vehicle in question did not have road tax. They basically said that was the authorities issue and they closed my case. It was an expensive treat but thought that better care and safety would be provided. I will not be returning as I don’t think they have safety protocols in place to deal with dangerous driving like this.
