Really poor experience- no accessibility support

Really poor experience, looking for support at the Grand Prix and was told there was no accessibility available when pregnant. Was told instead to bring my own chair. Very dismissive and a complete lack of support. No confidence in the safety or understanding of having females attend the event.

I wanted 2 tickets for the F1 in July for my son who has had a tough few years. So I emailed Silverstone direct. A lady called Nicky emailed me straight back and then rang me, she was amazing found me 2 fantastic seated tickets, and car parking, she was wonderful and so helpful.

Unfortunately, as the voucher had exceeded its 12‑month validity period, we were unable to extend or reinstate it. All of our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and this information is clearly outlined at the time of purchase as well as within our Terms and Conditions.
While we do always try to be as flexible as possible, we also need to apply our policies consistently and fairly for all customers. We are sorry we were not able to offer the outcome you had hoped for on this occasion, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.

Amazing customer service

I emailed in with a problem, Sam emailed me back and we had a conversation which was so helpful, eventually going the extra mile for me to get me what I needed. I had a great day

I had a great day; the event was well-organized and the staff were very informative. However, I am extremely disappointed with the video service. Although I paid for a video, I didn't receive it until four days later, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong footage and completely unedited. I have now been waiting three days for a reply to my inquiry. I am still waiting for a resolution.
