I had a good experience with their services, the system is easy and self explanatory, the support is helpful and you always receive updates on your email.

As a legal immigrant of the United States, I will continue to only use simply citizen services throughout my journey, whether that’s me obtaining my citizenship papers or bringing my family members, they have been extremely helpful and made this tedious process extremely easier, I highly recommend these hardworking professionals whose help is greatly appreciated.

After submitting my application less than 4 months I received approval notice and my green card was mailed to me.

Our experience with SimpleCitizen **far exceeded any expectations.**

Initially, we wanted to file ourselves, but spoke to a lawyer just to see what the benefit would be. We quickly learned that hiring a lawyer was beyond our budget, but filing on our own started to feel... risky. What if we did something wrong? What if we forgot something important? What if we said (or didn't say) something that would ruin our chances?

We're very organized, capable, and thorough people, but we really wanted that second set of professional eyes—especially from people who are deeply experienced with this process. I stumbled on the recommendation for SimpleCitizen in a Reddit post, and never looked back.

Everything has been exceptional. Signing up was easy, and the customer service is clear, prompt, kind, and they clearly know what they're doing. The platform itself is easy to use. Our assigned lawyer is also FANTASTIC! So clearly at the top of his game, but also great with people. He helped us understand what we needed to do to make this process run as smoothly as possible, and gave us the background for why things needed to be done a certain way (I usually need to know why a rule exists in order to follow it to a 'T'). And all of the process tracking, plus providing the box with the final package to send off with all of the instructions—just excellent.

Looking back, it was such the right decision, and I'd make it again over and over. I'm super grateful. Now, it's a waiting game.
